My (long distance) purchase experience was great! Sam quoted me a price (and honored it even when we realized the vehicle had some extra items installed). He recommended a delivery service (which saved me from having to fly to Tulsa and drive back to Memphis). And I was able to do all the paperwork online. (p.s., I bought 'Hank', had him delivered, added Weathertech floor and cargo mats - and still have spent less in total than buying from any of my local dealers.)

I purchased a 2024 Honda Pilot from Joseph Eastwood and Patriot Honda last week. The weather was terrible that day but that didn’t stop them from making my experience a great one. Finance didn’t try to add any extras on the backend without asking and I was in and out in less than two hours. This was my second purchase at this dealership and I’ll be back when it’s time for an upgrade.

We had a phenomenal experience at this dealership… and that’s saying something because we’ve been car shopping for awhile and have visited 4 Hyundai dealerships & 4 or 5 other brands as well. Rajip was so great to work with! He went above and beyond to get us a very specific vehicle that had to be brought in from out of state. He was so knowledgeable, very kind, & really worked hard to make sure we got what we wanted. Austin was who we worked with for financing and he was also so nice & efficient! We had our 2 year old with us and he was patient & really made the experience enjoyable. We got a great deal on our vehicle & the added value of great customer service made us walk away feeling even more excited about the vehicle. Seriously, they pulled some magic strings to get everything done & we so appreciated it! I wish we had started here in the first place… it would have saved us so much time and energy. We’ll definitely be back!
