Thank you Don Thorton VW. I will update to 5 stars once the work has been completed satisfactorly. Original: We took our new 2026 Atlas Cross Sport into receive its 10,000 service. When we got home we found a rather obvious ding/dent in the front right above the headlamp. We contacted the service department. They reviewed the photos they took when the car was dropped off. No ding was seen on the car in the photos. We sent a photo of the ding/dent we took to the service dept. We were told they would have their manager call us on Friday........ etc........

Josh at Porsche in OKC is the best!! I went in for a look at a tire that needed air per my car alert and some strange condensation on the floorboard of my passenger seat. Josh checked all my tires and determined they were sound and just needed air. He also unclogged a vent and replaced a very dirty air filter, all without charging me for labor. I was there maybe 15-20 minutes. Absolutely painless. Thank you, Josh!!
