Over the weekend I noticed my heater was not blowing hot - barbies.bickle

Over the weekend I noticed my heater was not blowing hot air. I had planned to get my oil changed already so set up an appointment for Tuesday. Michael immediately located the culprit, the water pump. He was able to get me in and had my car repaired and ready to go by 4 that afternoon. I had previously planned engagements so I was able to keep my promises. Thanks!

I cannot say enough amazing things about my car-buying - Krystalnicole320

I cannot say enough amazing things about my car-buying experience. I just purchased a 2026 Chevy Trail Boss, and from start to finish this was hands-down the best buying process I’ve ever had. Mark, my sales rep, was absolutely phenomenal. He went above and beyond to find me the exact truck I wanted, no pressure, no games—just genuine dedication and follow-through. You can tell he truly cares about his clients and their experience. Brett in sales was also incredible—knowledgeable, helpful, and supportive every step of the way. The entire sales team worked seamlessly and made the process feel smooth and stress-free. When it came time for paperwork, Brian in finance was outstanding. He was professional, kind, and took the time to clearly explain everything so I felt confident and comfortable with every decision. No rushing, no confusion—just transparency and professionalism. This dealership truly sets the standard for how car buying should be. I felt valued, respected, and excited—not stressed. I would 100% recommend this team to anyone looking for an exceptional vehicle and an even better experience. Best buying process ever. I absolutely love my Trail Boss!

My wife and I came in to test drive a car we had seen - bbeauprey66

My wife and I came in to test drive a car we had seen advertised. I really had no intention of buying that day. We met and worked with Charbel. He was amazing. He was not pushy at all. He made us feel comfortable and made the whole process of buying the car stress-free. I would highly recommend both Charbel and Don Carlton Honda for your next purchase.

Update: Don Thorton has committed to fixing the - madora

Update: Don Thorton has committed to fixing the ding/dent in our vehicle. This is what good customer service is all about. Happy to see them stand behind their good name and do the right thing. Thank you Don Thorton VW. I will update to 5 stars once the work has been completed satisfactorly. Original: We took our new 2026 Atlas Cross Sport into receive its 10,000 service. When we got home we found a rather obvious ding/dent in the front right above the headlamp. We contacted the service department. They reviewed the photos they took when the car was dropped off. No ding was seen on the car in the photos. We sent a photo of the ding/dent we took to the service dept. We were told they would have their manager call us on Friday........ etc........
