We had the Courage to open the door and was met by a young man (Devin Harris) who had Heart of an eager new employee. We test drove a 2025 Santa Fe. The Knowledge and kindness of many employees was greatly appreciated. It didn’t take long for The Wizard to appear to make us an awesome offer. We are now driving a new Santa Fe. Was in the market to upgrade our Toyota Highlander 2008 Limited earlier purchased at this dealership. Obviously, being as we loved that SUV, we bought an 2021 certified used Highlander. It was a no brainer. Financially we received over $ 1000.00 credit for having serviced the 2008 SUV at Team Toyota throughout the many years of ownership. Secondly, we had concerns with driving with a physical disability.Mechanically, the 2021 Highlander could be adapted in the future if needed for transferring to a wheelchair from the driver's seat. Rich Kearney, our salesman, was such a decent human being. We were treated with kindness and courtesy. Rich understands what he sells and believes in the products. He took time to explain the functioning of the vehicle and obtained a owner's manual for the vehicle which we preferred to an online manual. Overall, from sales to finance, it was a great experience.
