We had the Courage to open the door and was met by a young man (Devin Harris) who had Heart of an eager new employee. We test drove a 2025 Santa Fe. We recently purchased a new (to her) car for our daughter at Allentown Kia with Sales Rep Omi Camacho. Of all the dealerships and people we had to deal with while looking for the perfect car this was, by far, the best experience we had. The whole environment was nice, relaxing, and friendly. Omi went out of his way to ensure we were able to see and test drive all the vehicles in our criteria. Even the one we ended up purchasing. It still needed some work completed prior to being available for test drive. He ensured it was all completed and available that day for us. The deal/offer for the vehicle was fair and reasonable. The whole experience has us, as a family, prepared to return to this dealership and to recommend Omi in particular to family and friends in the market for a new vehicle. This was an exceptionally positive experience for us and my daughter who now has the know-how and understanding of purchasing such a high-priced item for future reference. If it's not like this experience, maybe walk away.

This past Wednesday, I drove off in my dream car — a 2024 Camaro ZL1 Convertible — and it wouldn’t have happened without the amazing team here. I found the car online — black, manual, convertible, low miles — at a price that felt too good to be true. I reached out immediately, and Kamil sent me a video of the car the following day! That alone excited me, but it was just the beginning of an exceptional experience. The title wasn’t released since it was a recent trade-in (a typical delay in PA), but Kamil and his team were upfront and honest about everything. Was in the market to upgrade our Toyota Highlander 2008 Limited earlier purchased at this dealership. Obviously, being as we loved that SUV, we bought an 2021 certified used Highlander. It was a no brainer. Financially we received over $ 1000.00 credit for having serviced the 2008 SUV at Team Toyota throughout the many years of ownership. Secondly, we had concerns with driving with a physical disability.Mechanically, the 2021 Highlander could be adapted in the future if needed for transferring to a wheelchair from the driver's seat. Rich Kearney, our salesman, was such a decent human being. We were treated with kindness and courtesy. Rich understands what he sells and believes in the products. He took time to explain the functioning of the vehicle and obtained a owner's manual for the vehicle which we preferred to an online manual. Overall, from sales to finance, it was a great experience.
