We have been having our vehicles serviced here fir the last ten years and have been extremely happy. Our first buying experience here has been wonderful. Our salesperson Chandler was extremely knowledgeable about all of the new vehicles and we decided on a 25 Explorer. The process went well and the sales manager BD was extremely helpful as well.the delivery was great, vehicle clean and Chandler went through the features. Wow - getting my car serviced has gotten awfully expensive, but I do trust Dick Smith to fix it right. My bill blew a big hole in my budget, but it's cheaper than buying a new car! I do appreciate having a loaner and the people there are very nice. One more thing, I would rather get a call from the service manager than a text about problems that they found. Or better yet, a call and a text. Thanks

Salesman: Mr G. I could not say enough great about him. I bought a 2024 exactly like my 2020. I wanted the exact car I had but automatic, Mazda Miata Grand Touring RF Soul Red Crystal. Dealership didn’t have it. He checked other dealers to accommodate me. I have bought many new cars over the past 50 years. Never have I been treated like I was the only customer. Mr G was so attentive. Negotiating was non confrontational. When I picked up the car Mr G went over everything very thoroughly about the changes from 2020 to 2024. He said to call him with any questions, which I did. Always had time for me. He checks on me periodically to make sure I am happy. Hopefully he will still be working when it comes time for another new car. If I know anyone buying a new or used car I would highly recommend Mr G. He is the greatest. I have horror stories from past experiences.
