Gaffney GMC sold me my second Canyon in February 2021. It has been serviced exclusively by their service department since new. At 105,000 miles, they flushed the cooling system, tuned the engine, changed the transmission fluid and filter, serviced the differential and changed the lock switch. The truck is good for another 105,000 miles. Was it expensive? Yes!! Was it worth the money? Yes, which is especially true when you consider it costs $500 in sales tax, $400 in dealer fees and some $50 for paperwork to buy a new truck. In addition to these costs, consider higher property taxes, higher insurance premiums and higher depreciation for the first three or so years. I just had it detailed and it looks great.

I have had a number of different vehicles in my life (Toyota, Datsun--yes, before Nissan, Honda) and I have had reasons to distrust dealerships, especially for service.I was also leery because of the change in ownership since I bought my vehicle. However, I could not ask for better than my experience with Mazda Spartanburg. Everyone was polite and friendly, but I have to mention Mike Bryant in particular. He went above and beyond. I live an hour away, and it was well worth the drive for this experience.

We’ve sold over 1000 cars and had very few complaints were very upfront about anything we know vehicles are made by man not by God every one I’m gonna break. That’s why the new car manufacturers put a warranty on them.
