I am thoroughly and wonderfully happy with my recent oil change. I had originally scheduled my service for same day on Friday, however an unexpected situation arose and I needed to reschedule for the Saturday following. I love that y'all have such early morning hours!
I arrived at the service station and was immediately helped and was signed in right away. The gentleman got all the pertinent information from me, took my keys, and showed me the way to the waiting area. It took like maybe 5 minutes. He was very pleasant and made me comfortable right away (I sometimes suffer from social anxiety). I wish I had gotten his name, but it was very early in the morning and my brain was not firing on all cylinders!
I was in the waiting area for less than an hour, not even long enough to need a cup of coffee, which I thought was just grand!!! I've waited hours for an oil change before and was prepared to hunker down. The woman that checked me out was super nice, she even gave me a keychain!!!
*And she even complimented my nails! Hers were awesome too, by the way.* Again, I wished I had gotten her name also, but alas, brain was still half asleep. I had a dealership coupon for 20% off (I think it was), and there were no issues at all with using the coupon.
And Coby did a great job with the oil change. D.D. (my Jeep's name) is driving great, and my gas mileage has even gone up!!! All in all, it was a wonderful service, and my husband and I will definitely be coming back to have D.D. serviced regularly with Bayway.
But truly, awesome service. I'm so very happy I chose to buy my first big vehicle purchase with Bayway, and I'm even more delighted y'all have such a dedicated service department with such amazing people! Keep up the awesome work, y'all will always have our business, and I hope to be able to steer future business y'alls way as well!!!!
