The moment I walked it they were nothing but professional. Sales man Jordan, had the car waiting for me and everything. Got the trade in value above expected and they put me in my new car. However things didn’t turn out on my side so I brought the car back. They have a 3 day money back Guarantee so that’s what I did and I got my original car back. No problems with the Durango I was going for just didn’t feel like it was the right time to trade. I will say that they took my change out of my car before I got it back, but let’s just call that even for the hoops the GM went through getting me into the durango in the first place haha. Will be going back when I am finally ready to trade up!

I can not express my gratitude enough for the wonderful service Chris Lint delivered. Chris was very informative and open when discussing requesting a vehicle allocation. He answered all of my questions with detail and truth. When the request was fulfilled, he went over my order with me to make sure that it included all the accessories I had requested, and removed the items I did not desire. I made some very specific delivery preparation requests, and he made sure that they were all accommodated. When delivery day came, he made the process as stress free as possible and handled my unique situation with attentiveness. As concerned as I was about issues coming up (I wasn't present for delivery), he made sure that everything was set for a smooth and trouble free transaction. When I purchased my new Toyota in June of 2018, I received a Bill Page Toyota LOYALTY VOUCHER. It promised, among other things, an oil change service for $9.95, taxes not included. (Hyundai offered free oil changes for life). Despite the clear language of the coupon, the dealer insisted on adding undisclosed charges for shop supplies and an environmental fee. When I protested the additional charges not reflected in the coupon, the service advisors have informed me that such fees are always applied. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and Bill Page Toyota failed to respond. The dealer is now not accredited by the BBB and rated D-.

I highly recommend Amen Riyati and also Ourisman Chantilly Toyota. Amen was helpful, low key, pleasant, and very professional. He helped me select and purchase a used Toyota Camry. He was genuine in his actions and straightforward with how the process worked. When we pointed out the pricing on the web (Labor Day Sale) was less, he immediately went to his manager, and then adjusted the price in a matter of minutes. We ran into a snag with another customer wanting to buy the car. He professionally navigated that awkward situation on my behalf (very professionally!). I had just had tires put on .SO GUESS WHAT THEY DID ,rotated my tires charged me and never gave me an oil change .ARE YOU KIDDING ME. I had a 7am appt dropped off the truck the day before and at 4pm the next day still wasn't ready!!!. Done with this place

There are only two words that you need to know about Haley Toyota of Richmond.
Simply put he is the reason we crossed the river past 2 other Toyota dealerships and got our new Tundra through Haley. He is the most caring, compassionate, situational and honest salesman we have ever met in 30 years of buying vehicles. The market couldn't be any worse but he rises about the nonsense, allocation mess, chip shortages and potential market adjustments and remains cool, calm and collected. If it was not for seeking Sean out after buying a Venza a decade ago I most likely would not have driven an hour to Haley - EXCEPT - at the time of writing this, they have stayed true and are not charging market adjustments over MSRP. See Sean, relax, and sit back while he grinds to get your allocation. #seansellscars

I have a pretty low opinion of some car dealers, but this one is top of my list. I checked to make sure a particular car was available before making the nearly 3 hour drive, but when I arrived I was told it was sold the previous day. They insisted that they left me a voicemail, which I did not receive. The sales personnel that I spoke with were not only not helpful, but even rude. I can't even imagine anything that could get me back there. Gary Johnson it the one that I went to see, but he was not available. Another jerk made the experience less than zero! Gary may be a fine salesman, but I will never know.

I bought a car there last month. Went in there to put a deposit on a corolla. This clown show is now adding a disguised market adjustment over MSRP. Other dealerships charge a market adjustment and then give you free "packages". This place tells you no market adjustment then tells you that you have to buy an Auto Armor Package. The other weird thing is that they have to make sure they can sell to you based on what part of Alexandria. I guess based on skin color? No idea why I needed to get the OK to talk about buying a car.

Don't purchase a used car at Koon Toyota Of Arlington, Virginia. Their goal is to get you to purchase a lemon vehicle and once you drive off the lot then it your problem not the dealership. The service manager is rude and disrespectful and he insulted me saying he gave me four new tires free for my MDX truck.that had 3 different brand types of tires when I purchased the truck. It took almost three weeks to receive the car after the car was inspected. It passed Virginia inspection not the State of f Maryland. This truck looked good inside. However, nothing but mechanical problems. I haven't even made the third payment and was ripped off on the extended warranty for 72 months. No one takes accountability for the role they have in the dealership. If I could give this dealership a 0 star then I would. Look at all reviews. This dealership gets plenty of military buyers. I am saying you will be sorry. I had this MDX for three months and have driven it less than 500 miles.

Took my sienna in for a simple recall on August 30. While under their care, one of their employees stole six Home Depot merchandise cards from the car interior. Their service manager, Justin, said he would investigate and get back with me that evening to resolve the issue. No return call from him or any response from the three voicemail and three email i've left for Justin and for Tony Woods, the general manager. Apparently their plan is to ignore problems and hope they go away. I wouldn't take my car there again under any circumstances. Very unprofessional and apparently not too honest either. I've filed a written complaint with Toyota headquarters in Plano, Texas.

Dealership advertises “we don’t sell above MSRP.” But when you call, they tell you all of their cars come with a “diamond ceramic coating” with 7 year warranty for $1495. 1) While technically you can’t call it a markup because you are getting something in return (the coating), but it essentially is a markup. Just be upfront about it. 2) a brand new car whether you park it outside or not will look great for many years without any coating. A 7 yr warranty is moot on a brand new car as you’d never need to use the warranty. Plus, if your car is leased/financed, you’d probably have full coverage insurance with likely a deductible much lower than $1495. So you’d probably go through your insurance anyway. The $1495 is basically a worthless extended warranty on the factory paint. And 3) since the coating will already be applied before delivery, you can never take it off and ask for a refund.
