John Ogden and Jimmy Saleh were very professional, no pressure, informative, and personable. They helped us get the exact car we wanted at a fair price and had us in it and out of there in no time in the new car. Working with Chris Lint and Rick, his manager, is an experience I highly recommend. They turned a potentially bad buying experience into an above-average experience. My wife and I drove from Richmond after talking to Chris about the car, viewing photos sent by McDonough, and paying a deposit. After arrival, there was an unforeseen condition snag that the weather had likely obscured. Rick rushed it to a body shop to remedy the issue in about 1 1/2 hour. They honored their word and "phone" representation of the car. I will return to McDonough and refer friends to Chris Lint.

The service department is horrible. On two occasions for regular maintenance on my wife's Prius they didn't not top off oil but marked on the chart that the oil was checked and full. It was not checked and it was low on oil. Fortunately I don't think the engine is burned up. On a second occasion I went in to have a key made and the service representative was too lazy to check whether there was a chip in my key or not. He claimed there was and it would cost $130 to have a key made. I called USA Toyota they said there was no chip and it cost $3 to have a key made at the hardware store. The dealership is horrible I wouldn't trust them further than you could throw a wet paper towel
