When i arrived to Priority Toyota Chesapeake Va, I had it in my mind, i was going to Priority only, I had just left Navy federal with a check, ready to buy my car, I had already viewed the cars on the web, to make a long story short, Mr Arthur Wells and his manager informed me they could give me a better rate that Navy federal, of course i didn't believe them, ( i said to myself here comes the sales pitch), well, omg, i got the best rate ever, I will always be grateful for my great salesman Mr Wells, his manager (forgot his name and Mr David Rios in the finance dept. Did i mention, a nice woman, came over while i was waiting and ask me did i want some coffee and water, Best customer service ever. I was looking for a used car for my son and had looked online and at all dealerships within the Hampton Roads area & had visited a few of them. I traveled from Chesapeake to Williamsburg to look at a car we had seen on the internet. Upon arriving Lisa DeVore greeted us. She was very friendly and professional. We looked at the car we came to see and also she showed us a few others. The following day we came up with my son so he could look at what they had to offer. One of the selling points for us was the 2 year/200K warranty offered on the used cars. Most other dealers did not have this to offer or any warranty on cars with the mileage we were looking at. In the end we ended up purchasing a car that had more mileage and was higher priced than what we budgeted for but with the piece of mind that the engine and tranny will be covered for the next 2 years was a huge selling point for us. Hopefully we will not need to use the warranty but if we do I expect Casey will stand behind it. I would recommend Casey & Lisa to anyone in the market for a used car.

Dealership and it's employees are super friendly, low-pressure and worked hard to make sure we got exactly the vehicle we were looking for at a very fair price. They were more concerned about getting us the right car for our family rather than just making a sale. It makes all the difference as a consumer!
Financing was handled quickly and easily, the vehicle was in perfect condition and all our questions were answered quickly. Great overview of our new car as well and all the new features we have. While we had to drive a bit to get here, I would not go anywhere else.
Most dealerships are high pressure and stressful. Nelson made it fun and exciting. And they have followed up to make sure the car has met our expectations and we are pleased with it.

Visited the dealership on 1/15/19, the day after Toyota announced the return of the Supra. I spoke with Greg S., Sales Manager. He took down all the information and said he would contact me when the car arrived. I was looking at a 2020 Supra Premium 3.0 with Driver Assist Package. He informed me I would have first right of refusal. I knew there would be many months before Toyota began shipping and was ok with that. Received call on 8/3/19 that the car had arrived. Visited the dealership the next day and was ready to close the deal. When shown the "money" page it contained a $10K markup. Some negotiations later and no change to price. Was told they had called other dealers and they were doing the same thing with the ADM, some even higher. Apparently a long time, loyal customer of both sales and service, meant nothing. I hope they find a sucker that will pay that mark up of $10K. I wish them luck. I will not be returning to this dealership.
I guess they forgot the old adage, "It takes years to earn a customer, it takes seconds to lose one".

I went on Memorial day weekend to purchase a highlander. First, the gentleman that had an appointment with me told me upon arrival that he had another appointment booked and he apologized, but would get someone else to help me. When he did, the gentleman I was working with was nice, but not very knowledgeable about the vehicle. I told them what I could pay, and yes, they were willing to work with me on pricing. However, after we couldn't come to an agreement, the sales guy had the gull to call me and almost seems like rubbing it in my face "oh that vehicle sold". Okay, dude, so why do you need to call and tell me that...petty and almost unprofessional. Sorry Durell Valentine, I wanted to do business with you and now, not feeling so great about it.

This is my second vehicle with priority toyota and my experience is terrible this time. I just bought a new toyota highlander XLE and it hasn’t been even a month and it started dripping from the sun roof. I never opened the sunroof though. I made a complain to priority and they said they’ll talk to the manufacturer. I didn’t get any reply for 2 days so I went there again to inquire about the same and they said they haven’t got any reply yet. It has been a week since I have filed a complaint still no reply. This is the pathetic kind of customer service I have ever faced.

Andrew Mahan was great to work with....Its the rest of his crone's you have to be aware of . I was working on a deal with Andrew when the used car sales manager who goes by the name of David Pool stuck his nose In he not only low balled my trade he wanted to steel It , the guy was rude and obnoxious I could write a whole page on this guy but Ill spare you the details , why I didn't get up and walk there and then I keep asking myself the same question , a word of warning avoid this David Pool like the plague .
Anyway I agreed an OTD deal with the sales manager only to find out later they reneged on the deal and refuse to pay the sales tax , even though they sent me the plates, tags, and registration . There are plenty of other dealerships on Richmond rd In Charlottesville do your self a favor and buy from them .

I don’t usually write reviews unless the service I received is extremely good or really bad. In this case I couldn’t ask for a better service. Since the moment I parked the was someone greeting me and directed me to the right place. Mr. Tache, Oleg and Yojans made the process so easy. I was a little nervous to buy a car after my first experience with Honda. Mr. Tache showed me the car was very friendly, answered all my questions. Definitely will be recommending this place to whoever is looking to buy a car.
Stressful experience - Stressful but ok
***THOUGH MY ISSUE WAS RESOLVED, I'M TAKING TWO STARS OFF BECAUSE I STILL HAD TO EXPERIENCE A HIGH AMOUNT OF DISPLEASURE***. After negotiating with multiple dealerships, I got a really good quote from Jeff, one of the sales managers over email and I decided to come in for a test drive. The cost of Uber from where I live wasn't cheap but I made the trip right after work because I was very happy about the quote and the car has the color I wanted. After a wonderful test drive with Bill Tanner, the sales consultant, I was very pleased with the car and decided to make the purchase, but Jeff decided to back out on the quote that he promised me over email due to a number input mistake. I felt deeply insulted with my time and money wasted, so I left. However, right before I left, I informed the Jeff that another dealership was willing to match his original offer, then Jeff changed his mind and honored the original offer after I already left with an Uber. Overall, after 5 hrs of stress and starvation, I did receive the deal that I was promised to, but the customer experience definitely could've been a lot less painful. The deal could've been done a lot quicker and I honestly don't think Jeff would've honored his quote if I didn't have other dealership agreed on the same quote. Big shout out to Jeff for making it right and Bill who helped me every step of the way, even when I was leaving the dealership rejected. Bill took good care of me, explained everything in detail with me, and was very sympathetic. I sincerely hope what I have gone through would never happen again to another customer.
