What an absolute pleasure it was to deal with all of the employees at this location. They made you feel welcome and at home. Nile was a fresh breath of air from all the typical salesman that you normally run into. He was kind and curtious. Never once tried to push my girlfriend or myself into a vehicle we didnt feel like we wanted. We were very indecisive on which vehicle we really wanted. He accomadated us until we finally settled on the vehicle we decided on. Then thats when Tony came in and helped us with all the paper and made it super easy for us to complete the process. The dealer ship is very good. The service department is good but communication is poor. Numerous times when I’ve called and made an appointment to get my truck serviced I told them that I would wait there while my truck is getting worked on. Each time when I get there they are surprised I’m waiting for it. You would think that they would have put a note with my appointment about waiting. One time I needed to leave my truck in the shop for a couple of days to get repairs done and asked for a loaner vehicle which they had. When my truck was done I returned the loaner car, only it wasn’t a loaner, I had to pay $60.00 for using it. It would have been nice if they would have told me in advance. Very disappointing as far as communication goes

Absolutely and without a doubt the best service experience that I have ever had with any dealership. My Service Advisor Greg and Technician Scott were so accommodating and customer service focused that my expectations were blown away. I was definitely treated with consideration and respect. I was allowed to talk with Scott concerning the repairs and even allowed into the service area to discuss the rather difficult repair on my Corvette. My car was kept in a covered stall and Scott was even considerate enough to use my car cover when he was not working on my car. The communication to the customer was something that I wish all dealerships would do, both texts and emails were highly informative and there was even a video of Scott working on my car. All in all I highly recommend Kearny Mesa Chevy to anyone considering taking their vehicle there for service. Ask for Greg and Scott as you will not find better people or a place to have your Chevy serviced.
