My initial new purchase experience was good. Erica is a helpful sales person. Unfortunately, after the purchase was complete I received paperwork from the finance company reflecting an additional charge for service that I did not request or agree to pay for. After contacting the dealership, I was put in contact with the finance manager, Tony. He was the definition of disappointing unsatisfactory Customer Service with a condescending attitude. Although in fact, my signature was on the documents mixed among multiple others, so I accept some responsibility,AT NO POINT did anyone at the dealership ever discuss, disclose, or explain the service and additional cost.
