Dan Qualls, the General Manager developed such a well oiled machine where everyone works with such professionalism and attention to their customers. The service department is also impeccable. Paul, Rene’ and the rest of the team are magnificent. 5 stars all around.

Claston was professional, knowledgeable, kind, and helpful while maintaining excellent communication. What really stood out was his honesty, kindness, and patience throughout the process. There was never any pressure. The entire buying experience was smooth, transparent, and actually enjoyable. Claston took the time to send photos and videos of the interior and exterior to confirm the vehicle was without any flaws before we drove four hours to the dealership. This really helped us to build trust with Claston before even getting to the dealership. We couldn’t be happier with our new Ram RHO. Not my typical car dealership experience, and glad for it. I live in FL, Shottenkirk CDJR is in TX. I’ve been looking for a very specifically color and optioned truck for a while now, I ended up finding it with them. Call make sure the truck is what it is, get the pictures and videos I ask for. I decided to go forward with purchasing the truck site unseen. Mind you I’ve never purchased a vehicle without a test drive, let alone without seeing it in person altogether from another state so I was nervous. I get a call from the finance manager to talk numbers. We settle on a price, he sends me the contract, I’m going through it. When I tell you this man did not add a dollar to the price of the truck in dealer fees or add on’s for tire protection, paint protection, floor mats extended warranty the list goes on, I mean it he didn’t add a single penny, what we spoke of is what was in that contract and I was honestly in shock but obviously happy. Also, all of this has now happened between about 6PM and 930 my time, 7PM and 1030 in TX. The truck was delivered to my house today by a transporter and let me tell you I couldn’t be happier. I’ve got to say thank you to Lee in sales and Trevor the finance manager. Y’all have gone above and beyond and I greatly appreciate it. You’ve earned my future business.
