I called after lunch to get a mobile service to my home for oil , tire rotation and fluid checks . I was expecting a next day service or later but they called me about 2 P.M and told me they would be here between 2:30 and 3:00 . Nicholson showed up exactly on time and performed all this service right through a heavy rain . I could not believe it . He just kept smiling and said it was no problem . I had never seen a young man work like that before . And nice as can be . I hope he stays with Planet Ford because workers of his caliber is hard to find . Thanks again young man . Fidel Martínez is a fine salesman. He's patient, emlathetic—and persistent! My only complaint about Kia of Round Rock is that they declined to transfer the specialty plates from our old car to the new one. The result will be a lot of unnecessary paperwork and a long delay while we wait for the DMV to send new plates to the dealer, which I will then have to take to the DMV (or maybe it's the county tax assessor-collector) to swap them for the specialty plates.

Getting a loaner was a little challenging however, when I was able to get one it was top notch. 2025 Tucson is too due for. I wish I could of kept. Small town dealership , but treats their customers like royalty. 110% recommend.

5 Stars – A Truly Exceptional Experience. I had been searching across Texas for weeks, looking for a specific Yukon in a certain trim that was clearly in high demand—only ten or so were available statewide. Most dealers I contacted were either marking up the price well over MSRP and/or adding thousands in unnecessary extras. Then I came across the exact model and trim I wanted on GMC’s website, which showed it was in transit to Cavender GMC West. From there, the experience couldn’t have been smoother. I quickly found the vehicle on Cavender’s website and submitted an online price request. I got an instant response—and to my surprise (and Cavender's credit), they were offering the vehicle below MSRP with no dealer add-ons. A few minutes later, I received a call from Brandon Guzman. He confirmed the price without hesitation. No games, no changes—just total transparency. I asked if I could put down a deposit to hold the vehicle, and Brandon made it happen that evening. Over the next ten days, while I waited for it to arrive, Brandon stayed in touch. As soon as it landed, he called to let me know it would be ready the next day. I drove down from Austin to San Antonio, and when I arrived, the vehicle was freshly detailed, fully gassed up, and waiting for me to take it home. The paperwork took less than 40 minutes. No upselling. No pressure. Just a smooth, easy transaction. Brandon took the time to walk me through all the vehicle’s features and answered every question I had.
