I got it at promised time with a very poor detail job. Took pictures and was told to bring it back and they would correct it. They should of done it right the first time.

I walked into the dealership and no one seemed to want to help me at first! Multiple sales rep sat and ignored me and my partner! Not a great feeling! Aaron Gomez who was on a call at the time ended his call to help me and was a great sales rep I truly appreciate him as well as Cindy Baxter in finance!l Cindy and Aaron are amazing! I was also told that I was unable to trade my vehicle (said title issue) but multiple dealerships that I went to before coming to Land Rover Jaguar had no problem taking the trade and had no issues with title.

Isaiah was very easy to work with throughout the process. I originally came in for just a quick look at the vehicle to.ensure it would meet my bride's requirements in our search. He pulled the car up for me to look over, and was able to answer most of my initial questions, and those he did not know, he was quick to find answers. The F&I office was also relatively quick and easy to work with; no extra sales tactics like other dealerships we had contacted. Overall, a much better experience than I anticipated, we will definitely keep this dealership in mind when we need to search again.

There was never any pressure. The entire buying experience was smooth, transparent, and actually enjoyable. Claston took the time to send photos and videos of the interior and exterior to confirm the vehicle was without any flaws before we drove four hours to the dealership. This really helped us to build trust with Claston before even getting to the dealership. We couldn’t be happier with our new Ram RHO.
