Hello, On Saturday June 29th, John from CMA's Valley Honda Service was amazing. On a vacation trip up north, my wife had a problem with her Mazda CX-5 (Self-inflicted, the car is great). We live almost 5 hours away from that area. We had to get the car towed to the dealership. It was late in the afternoon and the typical time to fix the issue would be several hours, maybe days as per Mazda. I didn’t think it would be fixed that day, so I went ahead and made reservations for a hotel for my wife, daughter and puppy. I’m losing my mind because I couldn’t do anything from home. John offered to take my family and their luggage to the hotel if they couldn’t get it fixed. The service team gave my family something to eat, they made my family feel safe and in good hands. Obviously, the car was not on John’s schedule that day. Somehow, John was able to put 3 guys on it and get it running in about 2 hours!!! Another Mazda dealership told me it could take days to fix the problem. You have no idea how my heart felt when I got the call that the car was fixed. My family didn’t have to stay at a hotel! It was the end of the day on a Saturday, John and his team didn’t have to go out of their way for them. I can’t put it into words, how grateful I am to John and his team. Staunton, VA is lucky to how a dealership that will go above and beyond for people. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I had a TERRIFIC experience with Lindsay Volvo. I live in WA state, but the model I wanted was only available on the East Coast. I submitted internet inquiries to several dealerships, and Seamus at Volvo Lindsay got back to me the next morning. I was nervous it would be hard/impossible to lease across the country, but Seamus made it easy and quick. He was super straightforward and honest in his dealings, and had a contract in front of me with zero surprises that same day. Graham was terrific in helping me get signed up with VCSF and helped with paperwork plus some tips about this unusual car, and Markell their manager prepped the car for shipping on their day off since my shipper came by early. After the car arrived here, there was one tiny issue (temporary plates not included) and Graham responded to my email and fixed it on a Sunday! Outstanding job my all involved! By far the best car buying experience in my life and the most trustworthy dealers I've yet dealt with. Could not be happier with everything.

My truck almost left me stranded on the highway. I got it to Casey Chevy in Newport News and they told me they couldn't even look at it for 3-4 days. I then called my preferred service dealer Ken Houtz where I've been going for almost 10 years and Mark said if I could get it to him, he'd have it looked at by the end of the day so that's what I did. I then was having trouble getting a ride home and Dave was so awesome and gave me ride home. Before I was able to leave the dealership Tyler had already looked at my truck and gave me recommendations in which I said go ahead. Friday, they had my truck back in service. Looked online for a few weeks for a 2nd gen Honda Pilot with low miles. Auto Trademark had the nicest one I could find. Talked with Farhan a few times before I went up to see it and try it out. I'm about 2 hours away. Tried it out on a Sunday, Didn't tell anyone I was coming up and had a little scare when I passed it on the way to the dealership, but the gentleman trying it out didn't take it. I put down a deposit with Zeshan, (really nice guy), and went back the following week to pick it up. All the guys in the office were great and got things rolling smoothly. Loved the vehicle. Low miles and in great shape. Got it home and parked it in my driveway and when I looked out my second story window the next morning saw a big spot on the roof with missing paint, (Hondas inferior paint jobs!) Neither the shop or myself noticed this during our inspection of it. Called Farhan immediately and sent him some pictures. As soon as he saw the pics he said that this is definately unacceptable and had me bring it back to them. He had the body shop strip it all down and paint the whole roof for me and apologized for not catching it sooner. Had it ready in a few days for me to pick up. If I need or want another car will definately go back to see these guys. They did not have to fix the roof, (bought as is), but they did the right thing. These guys have my vote. Thanks again Farhan!

I highly recomend this dealership! Just the day before at another dealership I was turned down for financing and had a horrible experience. Almost losing hope I decided to give it one more try and went to guarantee auto maxx. I found the exact year make and model of the car I wanted with over half the mileage less and like new condition. I was approved! Anyone with less than perfect credit give them a try. So happy I did! And do yourself a favor and ask for Eli. He was beyond awesome! Very accomodating without being pushy. He made the transaction extremely pleasurable.
