I ordered a 2025 NX 350h. In a beautiful bronze color. I was always kept up to date on the status of the car and delivery date. When it arrived Tim notified me and set up a convenient time for the sale to take place. That day went very smoothly…all the paperwork was ready for me to sign. I received lots of information and instructions on the new features and I felt confident to drive away! Love the car. I know that if I have questions or need further help with the features I can call and make an appointment.

I live close to 8 hours away from the dealership, so I was a little hesitant about doing a deal from that far away; however, Dorian and the team made this a very easy process. They were willing to deliver the vehicle right to me and pick up my trade. Pricing was far more competitive than dealers closer to me, and they paid a high value for my trade. From start to finish, I never felt pressured, and I received timely answers throughout the entire process. Have a recall on my 2020 Camaro. I called to make a appointment to have it done. Was told only do it at 7:30 or 1:00 which does not work with my schedule. At this point I asked to speak to the service manager and was on hold for 15 min and finally hung up.I thought the whole idea behind service was to work with your customer not here. This is the second time could not even get first oil change done because couldn't get a appointment time that works for my schedule. Also guess they don't care about the safety of their customers and family.

Justin was passive aggressive in his remarks as we discussed wanting to do business but wondering if he could make any other accommodations on the price as the vehicle was not only older but would need work done in it down the line due to the wear. I’ve worked with a handful of other dealerships with much better customer service skills and was appalled of his cocky attitude when it became apparent we weren’t completely sold and ready to sign off. Justin, if you are reading this.. please be mindful of your tone.. you “keeping it real” type personality may have gotten you far in other areas but in this case drove us away.. and made me want to write a review to boot. Best of luck on the new $70,000 vehicle you bragged about as well as the slew of other vehicles.. had you have lost the attitude you would have closed the deal, alas your ego seemed to have got the best of you. You could have waved the $400 “document prep fee” and closed the deal..kinda glad things didn’t pan out.

We called K & R to say we were interested in a car and Teddy answered and invited us to see it. They were really busy when we got there but we were greeted immediately by several friendly staff and while Teddy was on a test-drive, he had the car ready and already started, so we could look it over. As soon as he became available, he ran to us and was very friendly and knowledgeable. From that point on, he did everything he could to answer our questions and m ake us feel comfortable. My test drive with him was a great time, as he is friendly and fun! Best car purchase ever and I'm 61 (don't know how many cars I've owned, but it's a lot). I highly recommend Teddy and will go back to K & R again If I ever need another vehicle. Oh, I love the car! It was a fair price and though we went to 2 other auto sales, I'm glad we shopped at K & R in Auburn, ME.
