Inadvertently they sold the car we’d originally selected but they made it right by offering us a car that had more features at a higher price at the same price that we’d originally agreed on. They even offered to clean the outside and vacuum the inside front floor. It was all done in the perfect amount of time. While waiting inside the dealership, there was comfortable seating, beverages & popcorn available for free. What more could a person ask! It was an amazing first experience at Coughlin Kia in Lancaster, Ohio!
