Came in pretty much at closing after several car lots earlier and lots of tears. Gabriel. Greeted husband and I and was very knowledgeable. Heck he basically sold us a car before we even laid eyes on it lol. The whole process from the greeting with Gabriel to financing was super fast and efficient. Definitely had lost all hope when I walked in there thinking they were too bougie for our budget lol but was pleasantly surprised to drive away with a new to us vehicle that I am very proud of and love. Thanks Byers for changing my mind on “bougie” dealerships, will def recommend!!

The sales process is a little uneven. I was looking for a WRX and the initial emails with the sales department made it sound like they had what I wanted and that I should head over to take a test drive. I started making plans to do so that day only for them send a follow up email telling me to not show up as they realized they had nothing in stock. Eventually, I decided to make a factory order for my WRX and called to see what Byers could do. Brad Crader was super easy to work with- he was able to call me back within the hour with Costco pricing and ordering timeline. Ultimately I decided on another dealer as they were able to offer a shorter timeframe, but definitely will give xxxxxxto Brad for his help.
