He was easy to work with and called up our records and discussed what services needed to be done or did not need to be done. During an internet search I found the vehicle I was interested in at the "Toy Barn". I performed another internet search on reviews of the dealership. I then proceeded to search every salesman currently at Toy Barn. It appeared prior to 2023 the dealership received less than favorable reviews. I can tell you that non-favorable reviews of Toy Barn are a thing of the past. I was greeted by several employees during my visit including mechanics with a smile and all made sure my needs for my visit were met. All current salesman had great ratings (not so for 2023 and earlier on salesman not currently employed by Toy Barn). I chose to speak with Greg McDevitt due to his years of experience and always receiving great reviews. Greg went out to get the vehicle I requested. In the mean time I viewed another vehicle I had always wanted but couldn't afford.. At the conclusion of my test drive quite naturally Greg asked me how I liked it. In my day I was a speed freak but being older now I realized more comfort is a better way to go. So quite honestly I told him I'd be tired of the Porsche 718 in three months. I did ask him about the beauty in the showroom. It was immaculate, low mileage and below KBB. I proceeded to test drive it and after a few days of ceramic coating prep went home with a car I always wanted but never thought I could afford. The next day I decided I didn't want some extra care items that I originally agree to. I called Greg and to be honest thought I would get some push back. Greg didn't even flinch and made the changes. I had him apply the difference to the down payment and it lowered my payment. The Toy Barn is handling acquiring my Plates as well. Since Purchase, prior to the first payment I also decided to pay the vehicle off and Greg stated Toy Barn take care of the process to getting my Title. Greg made the entire process effortless. On many occasions buying a car is like preparing to visit the IRS. Toy Barn was a complete enjoyable experience and I plan on return visits just to look at the many fantastic cars they feature as well as future purchases. Great experience at Toy Barn, with Greg and the many employees I had contact with.

I had spent 2 1/2 weeks at 4 to 6 hours per day searching for a replacement Ford Explorer that had been totaled by a teenage drive with a learner's permit. While there are a yon of XLT models within the price range, I had a set of conditions needed to serve as a suitable replacement. I did a couple of potential vehicles but 1 didn't quite hit all the required checkmark boxes and the other was at a lot whose manager fit the "yutz from xxxx" description. Enter Derek from Bryers Import Used Car Department. He had an advertised vehicle that I found online. I wrote him with my concerns and he promptly answered. He even made a video for me showing ALL systems were functioning as one might hope for. My wife and I drove from Northern Cincinnati to the east side of Columbus to look the vehicle over. It was exactly as the ad described! Derek listens to the customer, there's no pushing AT ALL and he worked diligently to get our business. And Bryers honestly deals on their vehicles. We made what we considered a fair offer and it was accepted. No quibbling. Just honesty. If you want a quality vehicle (a vast majority of Bryers vehicles are trade ins and not auction purchases), honest dealing and a terrific salesman, Bryers Imports is your place to check out and Derek is a salesman you can have confidence in!
