Okay, well first of all we live more than a hundred miles each way to the dealership. We've been shopping around for two vehicles one for each of our sons for about a week and a half now. I noticed that their dealership ( McHenry GMC ) had two vehicles that we were interested in available and they had them on sale so, I contacted them and I was put in touch with a gentleman by the name of Tony. From the start to finish Tony was very very helpful very professional and just took charge of all the things I wanted to know as soon as he could. We finalized a deal over the phone. We came in and took a look at the vehicles, everything was perfect just as Tony promised. I will definitely recommend this dealership ( McHenry GMC ) to friends and relatives in the future. The whole team there was outstanding, treated us very well and the dealership itself was very impressive as well. Thank you for giving me this opportunity to let you know how pleased we are. I contacted Jeremy Seeps, on Nov. 12th, about a used GMC Acadia which was listed on their website. He told me about it's features over the phone and having purchased a 2020 Sierra through Jeremy previously, I knew it would worth a look. So, I made an appointment for a test drive at 9:30, on the 13th. He met us as we pulled up and had the car all ready for us to take it for a local drive. We found everything as he had described. We quickly made our decision, negotiated the deal which we closed on Thursday, in only 40 minutes. Jeremy even took the time to help set up the three month Onstar. I know the next time I am looking for new vehicle, I will be returning to Don Larson and Jeremy Seeps.

I purchased a new Sierra with the trade of my Jeep. My salesman was Kyle Lopez and the sales GM Luke Sillar joined once it was time to crunch numbers. Both were great to work with, both knew the product and were able to answer all my questions. I had been looking for about 2 months so I was very familiar with the truck trims and prices as well as the value of my Jeep I traded. I am very satisfied with the final price of the truck I purchased, I also got a fair trade value for my Jeep. Both Kyle and Luke worked to cover every detail and did everything they could to make the process quick and simple. They were both honest and straightforward. As a side note, days after after the sale I returned to have some extras done by service, Kyle personally arranged the appointment and work to be done and Luke even checked in to make sure I was still happy with everything. In short, these guys were personable, professional, knowledgeable and were focused on making sure I was satisfied to the best of their ability. A tip of the hat to D'Arcy, good employees and good leadership make a huge difference! They have earned my business.

I was driving from Colorado to Michigan yesterday via I-80 when my 2020 GMC 2500 AT4 lost power and several warning lights came on. I found Greenway and limped the truck there. Kathy and Jeff took excellent care of me (and my truck). They were able to get my truck diagnosed immediately (faulty injector and elect connector), repaired under warranty, and I was out the door and back on the road within 3 hours. Amazing customer service and repair! I just wish I lived closer to take my truck there for regular servicing!

Which, despite it being a used car, Napleton made sure that it was like new, cleaning it inside and out; an action that most OTHER dealerships don’t bother with or, if they do, usually do a bare minimum job. Through these actions, it made me feel like they cared and were showed that they were willing to go above and beyond “normal” expectations. Bought a used BMW from these guys around 2020. First sign was shady financing- I was offered a single 11% APR rate and found 3% with a personal credit union. For comparison I recently purchased a used Mazda with Russ Darrow and they sent our info out to 32 banks to get us the best rate and ended up getting us 5% flat in 2025 which at the time was unheard of, beating the personal credit union rate I had come to the table with so there ARE places that do this better. The car got a flat tire 9 months after purchase so we towed it to the shop and said might as well have it checked out. At that time we found over 14k in critical repairs (we bought it for 17k 9mo ago). Their own shop, Zimbrick repairs explained to me that one of the issues was a large structural metal under plate of the car body was missing and I almost laughed out loud- it was something like 2k to replace. There is no way in xxxx that fell off while I was driving it, because I would have heard a large metal plate release from the underside of my car. These guys either sold us a lemon on purpose or did not do proper due diligence to know what they were selling - either of which are reasons to stay clear. They are more interested in a quick dollar than helping you find the car you need.
