I had a very positive experience at Donovan. I purchased a truck from them and appreciated their low pressure sales mindset and especially their commitment to not having backend fees attached to the purchase price. Their doc fee is one of the lowest in the area. Our sales associate, Mike Wildeman did a great job and was helpful on every level. We had a minor issue after the sale and Mike and the entire team were quick and professional in the resolve. I have been buying cars for many years and this was one of the better experiences I’ve ever had. I would refer others to Mike and the company without hesitation.

The service department took care of the low tire pressure light. Clint Bowyer service department took the time to get the computer connection to the low tire pressure sensor. The so-called Topeka dealership didn't give a crap to properly take care of the problem. I definitely won't be at the Topeka Toyota location ever again. Emporia Toyota dealership has my trust in them.

Piper was fantastic. The whole process was pretty much pain free. The only issue we had was waiting half an hour to get into the car we had paid to ship to Wichita. We approached Piper and she brought the car around within 10 minutes. The offer they presented to purchase our old car was the same as carvana, and they had a car "in stock" which carvana did not. I think we've purchased 4 cars from here, and we'll continue to return in the future.

I’ve bought my last two vehicles from Don Hattan in Derby and cannot fathom the utter disregard for the latest car that they sold me, which is once again at their service department. The service department has had my car longer than I have owned it. And although under complete warranty, still can’t seem to fix it or supply me with an adequate rental when they have it for months on end. It is has been towed once again to the Derby location and there is no rental available. They claimed to fix it a second time after the first time did not work and when it was still having the same problems, I brought it back in and they said they couldn’t find anything wrong with it. Now it won’t even start. The service manager Steve even said it prob needs to go to a Chrysler specialist because they can’t figure it out. I have been told that I should go ahead and trade it in but the sales department who is 10 feet away from service department is not comfortable doing that because of the shape that it’s in due to Don Hattan service department not properly fixing it. I have all receipts of all previous service and lack of communication with the service department. I had my Jeep for probably two or three months before everything went wrong on it after they claimed to have the 51 or 52 point inspection on it. Now no one will help me out with anything at all and I do not know what to do. I have 13 year-old triplets to tow around and not a vehicle. They are the ones who sold me this piece of crap and they are not willing to do anything about it.

The service department was very courteous and helpful. I told them my head lights flickered real bad at night and everything I read, said the pcm needed to be flashed or updated. Considering this was very Dangerous at night it would be repaired under warranty. I was charged $105.00 for my pcm to be updated and another $15.75 for shop supplies. Not for sure what shop supplies are used for one computer talking to another. Every where I have read about this problem, customer's were charged from free up to $30. Guess I was just lucky. Needless to say, as long as I don't need an autherized dealer to work on my car, I'll just do it myself or stick to my local small town mechanic.

Today’s purchase was by far my funnest experience, from the sales managers to the sales reps to even the finance manager. We bought a 2024 Tiguan SEL R Line and it is beyond perfect as previously owning a 2021 R-Line Tiguan Black Edition. Fantastic cars and great quality for the money spent. I would do it over a hundred times over. Thanks again and I’m sure I’ll see you guys soon for my newest upgrade. Super Service! Jim Simmons took the time to explain the features of each car we looked at and answered all our questions. He was so friendly and we didn't feel pressured at all. In the end, we found the right car for us elsewhere, but we had such a great experience with Jim, we just had to recommend this place to others. It's a smaller lot, but good selection of cars and the prices seemed very reasonable.
