When I tried calling - 3xs I was put on hold 5-15 min and never answered. Also the phone number to call in the text that you guys send in the beginning is not correct.

The biggest annoyance was just the lack updates from Austin. When I dropped off the car he informed me it 'should take 2.5-3 hours but it could go into 4 hours'. That is fine, but I didn't get an update from him until it had been 6 hours, and it ultimately took 7.5 hours. Overall Austin provided great service, and I'm very pleased with the overall experience.
