I inquired on a Silverado online and within 10 minutes, - mcamac95

I inquired on a Silverado online and within 10 minutes, Paula gave me a call. When I mentioned to her that I had a pre-approval from a finance company she told me to send it over to her. I filled out the credit app online to save some time and when I got to the dealership, Paula had the truck pulled up and waiting for my test drive. They met my pre-approved terms, got my truck ready to go and I drove out the very next day. Most people hate going to the dealership because it’s a long drawn out process but not here. Paula was so helpful, so knowledgeable and so nice. I would definitely go back to Greenway just to do business with her again. Thank you Paula and thank you to all the finance team for your stellar service. If you’re looking for a new or used car, this is the place to go.

I walked into the dealership and no one seemed to want to - jervaerqmr7

I walked into the dealership and no one seemed to want to help me at first! Multiple sales rep sat and ignored me and my partner! Not a great feeling! Aaron Gomez who was on a call at the time ended his call to help me and was a great sales rep I truly appreciate him as well as Cindy Baxter in finance!l Cindy and Aaron are amazing! I was also told that I was unable to trade my vehicle (said title issue) but multiple dealerships that I went to before coming to Land Rover Jaguar had no problem taking the trade and had no issues with title.

This dealership is very modern, professional, customer focused and driven to customer satisfaction. My salesperson Frances Ramos exceeded all of my expectations and made my trip from out of state a very pleasant experience. Exceeding my expectations included picking me up at the airport, training me how to use the Navigator and even texting me that night to be sure I arrived home in Louisiana safely. Yes, Frances certainly exceeded my expectations.

He advocated for me throughout the entire process, answered my questions honestly, and made sure I was comfortable with every step before moving forward. I’m not going to lie, i’ve had some terrible experiences - Justin

I’m not going to lie, i’ve had some terrible experiences at dealerships up until now at Texan. Eddie from the service department has treated my family and I so very well. He’s been absolutely honest, kind, and we can’t possibly express how thankful we are for him. When our car went into the shop we were down a vehicle which stressed us out so he got us a loaner as soon as possible, even when I mistakenly left wallet in the loaner after the fact. He gave me his word that he would get it for me before my flight coming up and he delivered on it. I truly mean it when I say this man deserves a raise, he communicated the entire step of the way and I highly recommend anyone who shows up here to ask for Eddie because he’s absolutely fantastic! Thank you, Eddie!

I recently had the most fantastic experience working with - nicoleburford0131

I recently had the most fantastic experience working with Fred Webb at Mossy Nissan Houston to purchase my new CPO 2024 Nissan Armada. Fred made the entire process smooth, straightforward, and enjoyable. From the very beginning, Fred was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to work with. He never used high-pressure sales tactics and instead focused on making sure I had all the information I needed to make the right decision. He was always honest, transparent, and extremely responsive, promptly returning every text and email throughout the entire process. What truly set Fred apart was his commitment to customer service after the sale. When I realized that the second-row center headrest was missing from the vehicle, he went above and beyond to locate and secure a replacement for me. He also personally delivered my new vehicle directly to my home after the service dept. completed some additional work. Since I live about 45 minutes from the dealership, this saved me a significant amount of time and demonstrated that he genuinely cared about making the experience as convenient as possible. If you're shopping for a Nissan, I highly recommend asking for Fred Webb at Mossy Nissan Houston. He earned my trust and my business, and I wouldn't hesitate to purchase another vehicle from him in the future. Thank you again, Fred, for making this one of the best vehicle-buying experiences I've ever had!

John Bennett is like a friend from high school and a - Swede 68

John Bennett is like a friend from high school and a pleasure to talk some local history with. The best used car experience I’ve had the opportunity to feel totally comfortable about from text, phone calls, test drives, credit approval and a new friend in the used car business! The inventory was so select and clean. So much to choose from. If you’re looking for a high end vehicle or something to fill the gap between a caddy CTS V and a 100% reliable daily work and recreational 4x4 truck you can’t get better than Texans Auto Group. The best fleet vehicle with all of the detailed maintenance history and verified with Car fax statements is just extra assurance of exactly what I needed. .
