Experience was good. Communication was good throughout the day on various updates. My one piece of feedback, and this as been true for my many service appointments there... my truck is returned dirty. Dirty hand and finger prints all over the hood, doors, and this time my side mirrors were so smudged I had to wash and wipe them down by hand. In the past I bought a used car at a reputable local dealership and after every service appt, they would wash my car. Something to consider to elevate the level of service you're looking to provide

I’m new to Colorado Springs and had always planned to switch vehicles once I got settled in. But when I saw one that fit my “vision” and desired price range I knew it was worth quickly looking at just to make sure I was in fact seeing something that matched the description online. Not only was I actually blown away by the vehicle itself, but by our sales person Alex as well. From the very beginning of the interaction he was relaxed, personable, and detail driven. He did not come into the encounter over zealous or make the energy feel forced, pressured or rushed in any capacity. The transparency and communication was something I’ve(personally)never encountered at a car dealership before and as a young woman that in itself made me want to commit to a purchase at this location whether it be in the vehicle I originally wanted to see or something else. Being respected and heard during a purchase like this goes a really long way. And the customer service that you receive at this dealership from EVERYONE not just Alex if you work with him will make you feel calm and comfortable with your decision to purchase here.
