I had an excellent run through the entire process from first introduction to Michael C to signing on the dotted line to complete the purchase of my Corolla hybrid. I like to think I have a pretty laid-back approach to life so Michael certainly had to encompass a chunk of my sometimes wacky sense of humor when dealing with me (and particularly my dodgy eyesight without my reading glasses). He walked me through the paperwork excellently so there were no surprises or guess work needed from start to finish. A good amount of patience too particularly with my bank when it became apparent that there was a transaction limit I wasn't aware of that was lower than the deposit I wanted to put down. Bottom line is don't hesitate in visiting this dealership if you're after a new car.

I want to share my experience at Toyota of Anaheim, starting with Gilbert! Who with out knowing us in person answered all of our questions about a potential buy, helped us decide and gave us an estimated price! He kept us updated about our new car coming in from out of state and he made sure we were taken cared of when coming in person to the dealership. Which brings me to Elias. Elias greeted us and made sure we were directed to where we needed to be RIGHT AWAY! He was very nice and attentive ! He then referred us to Jacob! Jacob, where to begin…He was great from the get go! He helped us with deciding if the vehicle we had already decided was it for us by describing features and perks of it. Also allowing us to test drive and answering any questions we had about anything and everything ! He was very through, and the part I liked the most is that he wasn’t just about the sale he wanted to engage and get to know us! Very professional oriented. He hussled back and forth between us and management to come to agreement so we were happy with our purchase. Once we were set, Jacob then transferred us to Hector which was by far my favorite only because I knew I was almost done with the process lol But Hector is amazing at what he does! He helped us get the best price and desired payment and explained every possible deal to us. He didn’t push anything on us or try to upsell us on stuff we didn’t need. We walked out with our New 2025 vehicle and couldn’t be happier with my Toyota experience. From customer service, to the dealership ambiance to my car! 100 percent recommend coming here. To this specific location. You won’t be disappointed!

Took my RAV4 to be inspected for creaking suspension , and a loose mirror facing which caused optical distortion. The service advisor was hard to get a hold of. Once he returned my call he stated that the suspension was “lubed” and the outside door mirror was tightened. After driving from the dealership on the freeway the mirror glass still vibrated really bad. I called the service advisor Luis the next day to report the ongoing issue with the mirror. He stated that I would be responsible for the cost of the mirror and the installation. I contacted Toyota corporate , which viewed the service invoice after getting the vin #. The rep stated that none of the items could be duplicated and invoice did not indicated that the mirror was tightened nor was the suspension lubed. As such they could not assist with the complaint. I informed that’s the reason for the complaint, service advisor stated work was done , yet service report indicated nothing was done. Corporate set appointment with another dealer to re-inspect since there was a tsb(technical service bulletin) for the mirror issue for 2019-2021,RAV4’s. No one from Claremont customer relations ever called despite me leaving a voice mail. Additionally I received a text that I did not show up for my appointment. I was shocked and disappointed. This is bad bad customer service and I will never return to this dealership based on this experience.

Car delivered, which I appreciate, then discover crack in taillight that took months to get fixed locally and then o still haven’t been reimbursed $195 labor after being told the check had been mailed twice. Should I even address the scratch on the steering wheel leather? Seems impossible to get issues resolved if you don’t live nearby.

He openly told me they automatically add a $3,000 “market adjustment” over MSRP — and if the vehicle sits on the lot, they tack on another $3,500 in dealer-installed add-ons. That’s over $6,500 in extra fees on top of the sticker price — and he had no problem admitting it in writing. This kind of bait pricing and mark-up practice is exactly what gives dealerships a bad reputation. I took my business elsewhere, and other buyers should be aware of this approach. When I followed up, I received a defensive response from the dealership, making it clear that this is their standard business model — not a mistake. I’m not interested in wasting time with dealers who treat pricing like this.
