Austyn Munguia Is a very good service advisor. He listens to the customer.and we had several useful exchanges. He pointed out that the coupon I had received only covered 5 quarts of oil and our 3.8l Genesis needed 5+. He considered all my coupons and got me the lowest price. I appreciate the text I received for several free inspections. He told me that the front brakes are close to needing pads and rotors. Because I would want to complete that service while waiting, we coordinating doing a parts check before scheduling service and pre-ordering anything not in stock. I'm expecting good service working with Austyn.

Car ignition would not work. Couldn't remove key. After ordering part, waiting for part to arrive, installing part, everything is now operational, except the light went on. It still is operational. The car still needs spark plugs and an air filter. Maybe Dad can do that or might need another appointment.

I’ve gone back and forth about leaving a review for this dealership. There have been a few employees there that unfortunately are no longer there that were quite helpful. However, the amount of times I’ve had to take my vehicle into the dealership has been unacceptable and issues that have been “fixed” multiple times, Still have yet to be properly fixed. I’ve had motor issues, cosmetic problems- all to which have not been fully covered nor resolved. One of the employees, Mike- was quite rude when checking out the paperwork with my vehicle. Rodrigo has been pretty helpful. Specific employees have dropped the ball in submitting claims in time and now I have to deal with the cost of fixing them myself. I would not recommend purchasing from this dealership in the future.
