I have had to go to a number of other Subaru dealerships to have one thing or another done. I would say that hands down, this dealership is the best place I have ever been to. They take care of their clients better than anyone.
Mason went out of his way to insure that I would get a refund for a repair, done in another state, that should have been covered under an extended warranty. I really appreciate the time he spent trying to solve the warranty issue as well as the repair that I came in for.

He answered all of my questions and made sure I was able to get as familiar with the models I was looking at as I needed. He was friendly, kind, personable and helpful. Roman was very accessible throughout the process; he gave me all the time I needed to decide what I wanted to do (I was considering a trade-in) and let me text him with questions I had as they came up. It was about 1 week from the first time my husband and I swung by the lot to look at some cars, and when I made the purchase.
Roman was not pushy and was very respectful of my timeline. I did shop around, but it was Roman's demeanor with us that earned our business. Finance and GM were also very nice. Two thumbs up, would recommend anyone to work with Redding Subaru, specifically Roman.

My leasing experience at Subaru was less than mediocre and disappointing. I originally started looking in March and when I was ready for a lease in June. I reserved an incoming car with a refundable deposit. However once the car came in is when my experience became worse throughout the process. I left work early on a Wednesday when notified the car came in (after checking in with them twice) Had I not inquired, I wouldn’t have been notified as quickly. I mentioned to both salesman Dwayne and Carlos this is my first time leasing and my mom would most likely be co-signing as well for help. They were helpful on not having my mom co-sign. However the deal was not finalized until Friday evening. I had a few questions I needed answered prior to driving an hour and half to finalize everything, but Carlos responded with “not to be rude but I’ve already answered a lot of questions you’ve asked”. I believe it is their job to inform me as best as possibly on this leasing process and car itself. Dwayne was nice when I was there in person Wednesday, but failed to give me any further information Thursday after numerous attempts of contact as I was a paying customer like the ones he prioritized firstly in the dealership as more importance. After I was promised that Thursday we could figure things out and I would be contacted and should be able to have the car delivered. What should have been an ease to finalize wasn’t resolved until Friday after I had to contact Carlos. The car wasn’t delivered to me, and any type of promise or expectation they set was failed. Even after I mentioned I would be there at 7:30p to finalize on Friday evening I wasn’t met with until 8:45p as Carlos had another customer even though I had mentioned a couple hours prior of my eta. The lack of attentiveness and dismissive behavior at this dealership is shocking

Called Desiree to test drive an Ascent. She was super helpful as was everyone else in there. Frank took me out in the car and another salesperson was helpful in answering my questions about different trim levels. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly friendly and helpful even though I was definitely not making a purchase that day. I always appreciate when salespeople are helpful without being incredibly pushy. Inventory is low and they’d have good reason to be annoyed by someone test driving without the intent to purchase but they never made me feel rushed or like I was wasting their time. Appreciate everyone at this dealership for their time and help!
