My experience with Ed Morse Cadillac of Brandon was excellent from start to finish. I originally found a recently traded White Escalade listed on Edmunds. The photos were limited, but the price looked fair, so I called and spoke with Richard, who was helpful, straightforward, and confirmed the vehicle had key features I wanted, including Super Cruise, before scheduling me with Brian. When I arrived right at opening, the dealership already felt fully operational and professional, which made a great first impression. Brian was delayed in traffic, but Suzy immediately stepped in and took great care of me. She explained the Escalade had only been traded in a few days prior and hadn’t yet gone through full detailing, but still made it available for me to review and test drive. Even in that state, the vehicle was extremely clean. Suzy was honest, professional, and thorough throughout the process. If she didn’t know an answer, she took the time to research it or ask. What I would expect from a luxury dealership. Negotiations were simple, transparent, and respectful. We reached a fair out-the-door price and trade value quickly without an adversarial back-and-forth, which made the process feel easy and comfortable. During the paperwork process, Suzy introduced me to the previous owner, who happened to be there at the time. It was a genuinely pleasant interaction and reinforced that not only is the staff here professional and respectful, but they also attract customers who share those same qualities. Throughout the entire visit, the team maintained a high level of professionalism. Conversation was friendly and natural without ever feeling excessive, and their timing and discretion were excellent. There when needed and respectful when appropriate. The entire experience felt smooth, comfortable, and truly premium. Suzy remained attentive until the very end showing me around, and finance manager Robert went above and beyond by securing me a lower APR than my own banks offered. Having purchased many vehicles over the years, I can confidently say this was one of the most professional, straightforward, and well-handled buying experiences I’ve had. I’m extremely happy with my Escalade, and if you value transparency, professionalism, and genuine customer care, Ed Morse Cadillac of Brandon is a dealership I would strongly recommend. I would gladly work with their team again in the future.

The worst experience I have ever had dealing with Massey...salesman was Garrett, he was kid and in my opinion, unprofessional. typical used car salesman who cares only about his next sell, yuck! We had spoken for a few days regarding a specific used car on the lot. He knew we lived 3 1/2 hrs away and had to transfer funds for a cash deal...we went thru lots of effort to get the funds for the next day We asked if we could leave a deposit so we don't drive up for nothing and the car be sold, he said no deposit policy. We'll we told him we were coming up and talked to him on the phone when we were 3 hrs into our drive, said we will be there shortly...20 minutes later, he texted me that the car was sold! WHAT!! How wrong on so many levels! I called and spoke to his manager, Jose, and that guy could have given 2 hoots, very unsympathetic and cold...no apology even...I would NEVER deal with this dealership...buyer beware I have to amend this review to date, I have been contacted by Jay, the General Manager at Massey and he is making this wrong, right! He has offered to have the car I chose shipped free of charge and is willing to work with me on every level one on one...He couldn't be kinder or more professional....I give him 10 stars
