Had a pretty good experience. Faced some issues on trying to reach the service department and my advisor. A few times I called I got hung up on many times or sent to voicemail. It was definitely easier to text the advisor than to call. I think they did the repairs needed and hoping to not have any serious issues in the future. Would come back for repairs. I also learned that dropping your car off after Wednesday you may not get it back until the following week; technicians for repair do not work on the weekends. They only change oil and minor repairs.

We visited this dealership to test drive the Sierra 1500 for a comparison to the Ram and F-150. We spoke with salesman James Bondi and we test drove the Denali. The vehicle sold itself but James made the experience enjoyable. He worked with us and was able to make a deal that was amiable to the both of us. A very personable and professional environment. The paperwork could be more streamlined though.

He simply provides us with the necessary information and lets us make our own decision. However, he does provide us with a recommendation if requested. We will purchase our next vehicle from this dealership if for no other reason than because of the wonderful service we have repeatedly received from this service team.

Xander was friendly,professional and knowledgeable about the Escalade we were purchasing. He was very helpful in negotiating for a equitable price .There was a screw in the tire of the Escalade in the dealership parking lot. Xander explained that they would fix it properly, from the inside. We requested that the newly plugged tire be switched out with the spare. Xander's manager said they wouldn't do that. They had to remove the tire to plug it so we couldn't see the problem with switching it out. We expected better customer service from the manager. Luckily the screw was short and did not puncture the tire so the point was moot. All in all, Xander and Bill in the finance were top notch
