I checked online before coming into the store to trade in my 2017 XT5. I recognized Michael’s name when I came in since his picture was associated online with one of the XT5 vehicles that I was interested in checking out. He was very friendly, professional and efficient. He explained the newer features on the XT5s and the differences between the 2 cars that I was interested in; he superseded my expectations in buying the 2024 Cadillac XT5 vs the 2023 model helping me decide to go with the newer model. The additional cost compared to purchasing a newer model with more features made my decision an easy one. I love the car and I love the silver color with the light interior. Michael made the whole sales process very comfortable and he was great to work with.

Andres is just not a helpful representative. He would rather argue than sell a car. Does not answer questions about the vehicle. This guy writes endless emails about wanting to talk on the phone but does not answer a question. You know the type...if I tell you the answer up front you may not come down to be talked into a different vehicle. I have bought 10 cars from the dealership and have my vehicles serviced and they have great people. This guy just lost a sale on teh last day of the month for them

Very much so. DeSean Coker has been the main reason we keep our cars serviced at the dealership. DeSean has worked with us for more than five years and is a joy to work with. He provide us with details of work to be done and the time to be completed. Courteous and professional! If called with a question, he promptly return the call and provide answers and consults with the service department mechanics to ensure he provides the correct answers to problems.

I recently purchased a 2024 Range Rover from Step One GMC Cadillac Fort Walton Beach, and I had an outstanding experience with Karen, Johnny, and General Sales Manager Jason Alston. From start to finish, Karen was professional, patient, and very easy to work with. She kept me updated by text and phone, sent clear numbers up front, and had everything prepared before I made the trip in from out of town. When I arrived, the vehicle was exactly as described and there were no surprises. Johnny in finance did an excellent job coordinating my Bank of America business auto loan. Terrible experience while trying to purchase a vehicle out of state. We agreed to numbers and was waiting on the salesman (Charlie) to send over the final agreement. In the meantime he informed me (within 10 minutes) that someone walked into the dealership and purchased it. When in reality they did not want to deal with us because we had outside financing and weren’t willing to finance through them. Due to using a credit union we were informed we needed to wire the funds which was no problem. Very unprofessional.

Misleading sales tactics and zero accountability. I bought a vehicle here after the salesperson assured us the Super Cruise feature just needed a "login" to work. This was entirely false—the roads weren't mapped so doesn't work in my area. This was the feature which made my decision to pick this vehicle. When I brought this misrepresentation to Manager Christian West, he dismissed it because "the deal was done." A signed contract shouldn't excuse dishonesty. GM ignored my email as well. Highly unsatisfied. Avoid this dealership!!!
