I can't say enough about Tatiana Abdoo. She has all the hallmarks of stellar customer service. She is responsive, friendly, cheerful, knowledgeable, competent, and respectful.
She quickly took it on herself to handle all the correspondence with the insurance company so I never had to deal with any of that.
Somehow those words still fall short of describing just what a please it was to be working with Tatiana. She was beyond friendly, she was personable in a real way. You could just tell that she wasn't following a script, but rather really cared.
She went above and beyond what I would expect. As an example, being that she was cc'd on the emails with the insurance company, she noticed that I was not getting what I needed in terns of a rental car. At no request or expectation of mine, she made some calls and got the rental car matter all settled. It was totally not on her plate and yet she just did it to make my experience much better.
She is not only an asset to the Crown Collision center of the caliber I would want to have working for me, but exactly the kind of person you want as a neighbor.

I want to give recognition to Rosa, the Collision Center Mgr. My car was in the collision center for over 4 months because of a part availability issue. Rosa communicated with me every step of the way. Normally you have to call to speak with the mgr in any other company but she kept me in the loop of everything that was going on. Because of her empathy of what was going on and myself not having a car, Rosa was able to influence management to put me in a loaner car until the issue was resolved. She also was quite the salesperson as she tried to help me purchase a different vehicle because my car was deemed a total loss. Rosa is a major asset to this company and I will continue to come to her department if I ever need to as well as recommend her if I knew someone that needed that type of service. Her leadership will always gain her loyal customers and loyal customers drive sales!!!!!

Alfonso brought a spare tire to my home and mounted it. The wheel with the pierced tire was taken to Val Ward where the tire was replaced. Very professional when I went to the dealer to have the new tire and wheel remounted on my vehicle. Could not have been handled better!

Huston Cadillac is in my opinion the best Cadillac dealer around! I live in Lakeland and drive to Huston Cadillac, instead of using the Cadillac Dealer in Lakeland that is 5 minutes from my house. My service advisor Mike Hamric is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Other local Cadillac service departments (Cannon Cadillac in Lakeland) do NOT have a knowledgeable service department. My Cadillac is under factory Warranty and the Lakeland dealer (Cannon Cadillac) has refused to fix certain items and I was turned away. Knowing this was WRONG, I went to Huston Cadillac and explained what was going on, they fixed everything for me and agreed that my issues would be covered under my factory warranty. Cannon Cadillac in Lakeland has wrongly failed me several times and it is a shame. However, in the process I found Huston Cadillac who I have never had an issue with. I am always greeted with a smile, and every person I have encountered has went above and beyond to assist me with anything I need. From now on I will always go to Huston Cadillac.

Attention Ladies...this dealership discriminates against women and needs to be held accountable. We broke down in the area and had no choice but to have a new transmission installed. We live hours away so my husband went to pick up my 2016 suburban. When the Service Manager, Paul Geisel was informed my husband’s name wasn’t on my credit card he refused to accept it even after I sent a copy of my drivers license and FL billing address. He didn’t even attempt to process the charge. Mr Geisel requested I sign a form pledging my payment of $5700 with my credit card...even after that, Mr Geisel refused to accept my card without any attempt to submit for payment. My husband’s credit card was accepted within minutes of his arrival without question but the vehicle is registered only to me. How can someone with this Neanderthal mentality still be managing businesses? Ladies...stay away from Paul Geisel’s service department and Davis Chevrolet Cadillac in Gainesville, FL. Totally unacceptable behavior

I elect to bring my vehicle to Massey South because I've noticed the difference in service than anywhere else. They stop to listen my concerns and then address it with with the genuine intention to fix whatever my concern is. Had a great experience in the service department last month. I just recently bought my CTS in Bradenton and I discovered an oil leak from the Timing Cover Gasket and I brought my car in and was taken car of very wonderfully. Enjoying a breakfast in the waiting room because I had no time to eat before I left my house. I was also taken all the way home by an excellent driver in a XT5 due to the waiting time for the service on my car. The service was free of charge due to me just buying the car and also under CPO. I also just had my oil changed on my Cadillac today and I had an amazing experience. Dean was very helpful to letting me know how long it will be and what exactly they will be doing and when. I love this place!!
