I've not filled any of these out before. But Ari has been my primary guy helping. He is so professional and helpful. He always has a smile and I feel confident in his consulting. The visit that prompted this review was me bringing in my car after having had an oil consumption test. When I got home I noticed the splash guard was dragging on the ground so I returned to the dealership because I thought it was caused by someone doing the oil consumption test and accidentally dislogged it. When they went to video it ends up that it had already been dislodged. I'm grateful for the help from the mechanic and I offer my apology for insinuating that Park did anything wrong. Please pass that along. Ultimately it was fixed and I'm grateful for that
