My wife and I visited this dealership in hopes of trading in my 2020 Dodge Challenger with low miles for a Jeep Grand Cherokee. We were met at the door by Sales Representative "Ron" who was friendly, warm, and welcoming. Ron was patient and very informative during the process of the test drive and even the paperwork. He allowed us to have the ultimate experience and we were very satisfied with his professionalism and wealth of knowledge. Ron made the experience super easy and we were offered beverages and lounging during our visit. Ron made sure to keep checking up on us and continuously updated us with different steps in the process while our new SUV was being cleaned and detailed for us. I highly recommend doing business with Ron, with his exceptional service, you wont have any regrets and will leave satisfied, and hopefully with a brand new vehicle!

It's been a while since I last had my vehicle serviced by Mary, but she demonstrated she hasn't missed a beat when I brought my Grand Cherokee in for maintenance service nearly 2 weeks ago on March 3. She's still friendly, courteous, informative, and only recommends services that are truly needed. She kept me updated on the status of the Jeep until it was ready. As usual, Maus also washed and vacuumed the driver's side, which was a nice finish. The only request I have is that, going forward, the front passenger side also be vacuumed. Other than that, another great experience!

They did a quick diagnosis to see if they could get us back on the road but the engine seized a second time. Yet, they had us back up and running within one week. They go the extra mile and I will be back because of it.

I went in for a tire change, the tire was in stock. I arrived at 10:20 AM for a 10:30 appt. I explained what I needed done and I verified the tire is in stock! When I got go the service desk the sane person ask what I needed done. I explained for a second time what I. Made the appt. for. I signed two forms and was told to sit down in the lounge. I went to the restroom and while there the service writer called my wife @ home abd wanted to know I wanted go do. My wife told her that I was sitting in the waiting room. The service writer came to me and ask if I still wanted to do the tire. I checked my watch, 11:20 and I said “yes, you mean it isn’t already done?” She said it would be done right away! By this time I am totally frustrated and couldn’t believe the single task I came in for wasn’t done! I was shown the multipoint check list and declined to do anything else except for a tire rotation. I had set up an a lunch appointment so I made arrangements to meet later. At check out I was informed that I was not being charged for the tire.rotation! I have been a customer of Vero Toyota since 2016. This was the worst service experience I have ever had. We now live in Brevard County so I will weigh the decision if I will make the drive to Vero again. A customer should not have to repeat their service request multiple times

First of all, Shane Duffner is the ABSOLUTE BEST!! He’s been my only salesman for over 10 years. He’s attentive and honest. He truly listens to what his clients want!! I will never use anyone other than him. My advisor Kareem is great!!! He made me feel comfortable when I dropped my car off this am and he was on it when letting me know what was going on and what I needed for my vehicle. He even backed my car up and moved it for me because I wasn’t comfortable doing it in the garage/drop off area!! He will be my advisor from here on out!
