Ron detailed the issues and answered the concerns with the response stating it's his job to work the issues to completion and that he understood the customer's concerns. I felt confident when the vehicle was left in his hands knowing him and his team would continue the work until resolution. I would definitely recommend scheduling Service with Ron and I will reach out to him in the future knowing his care for the customer.

I’m a new owner of a 2024 Range Rover and recently brought my vehicle in for service at Jaguar Land Rover Fort Lauderdale. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by Melvin with a warm and friendly smile. He was professional, attentive, and made the entire experience seamless. Not only did I have my car serviced, but I was also able to get it detailed. Melvin took the initiative and clearly explained the process, Overall it was a great experience working with Melvin. His professionalism and customer-first approach gave me confidence that my vehicle is in the best hands. I look forward to continuing to work with him as my main point of contact for all my Land Rover service needs. I would also like to take time to to recognize Taiwo Miller who assisted me in getting my car detailed and even had a scratch on the bumper addressed. Our Range Rover looks pristine!

It's been a while since I last had my vehicle serviced by Mary, but she demonstrated she hasn't missed a beat when I brought my Grand Cherokee in for maintenance service nearly 2 weeks ago on March 3. She's still friendly, courteous, informative, and only recommends services that are truly needed. She kept me updated on the status of the Jeep until it was ready. As usual, Maus also washed and vacuumed the driver's side, which was a nice finish. The only request I have is that, going forward, the front passenger side also be vacuumed. Other than that, another great experience!

On may 29, 2025 I took my Nissan Rogue to Goodyear to remove a screw from one of my tires. They told me I did not have the wheel lock key, so they would not be able to remove the screw. Anyway I called Gerald Spence (Bam Bam) at Maus Nissan in Brooksville and told him what my problem was. He told me to come on over and see what can be done. I went over there, (I bought my Maus Nissan Rogue last August2024), so I know Bam Bam, as he usually takes care of me. He ordered the part for me and a few days later I picked it up from the dealership. I would like to take the time to let you know what an awesome employee you have. Bam Bam is very professional, efficient and is extremely personable. He gives great customer service and a fun person to interact with. He certainly is an asset to your company. Thank You Bam bam .
