Davin was wonderful. He was very helpful, kind and knowledgeable. It was such an easy experience. I was a little disappointed in the condition of the car. The cleaning before receiving it was not up to par and Davin sent it back to be properly cleaned. Also, when I was ready to leave, I found an area of the car that needed to be repaired. I feel that should have been addressed. However, Davin has scheduled a repair when I return to the area next week. Again, Davin was extremely helpful and I give him 5 Stars.

Rohel Gray, Assistant Service Manager, was knowledgeable, very helpful, courteous and thorough. I appreciated his input regarding test driving my vehicle. Rhoel did not rush me and when the service work completed explained everything that was done. My vehicle was washed and ready to go and rides beautifully. Also, would like to commend your service technician, unfortunately, I can't remember his name for the work he performed on my vehicle. Having the rear tires replaced the wheel rims were not scratched. Additionally, the Germain dealership did not charge an additional percentage for using a credit card. I plan to continue to do business with Germain BMW of Naples.

Great service and knowledgeable staff. Our sales rep, Joey Romano, was especially helpful and provided us with all the details and options available on the new hybrid models we were interested in. While my Lexus was in for warranty service, he even took the time to show us your service center which we were totally impressed with how well organized and clean it was. It’s no wonder Lexus Of Wesley Chapel is rated so high. Jose was our service rep, and he too, was very knowledgeable and helpful in regard to our service repair. I only wish that Lexus would build another Dealership north of Tampa so we don’t have to drive so far for service.

Within about 10 minutes of arriving, he had me out on a test drive, and I knew right away that I loved the car. What impressed me most was how smooth and fast everything went. Carlton was helpful, professional, and made sure I was taken care of throughout the entire process. The financing was easy, and they worked quickly to get everything approved and completed. From the time I arrived until I drove off the lot, the entire process took about three hours, including financing. I was able to get my car the very same morning, which was amazing. I’ve had my car for almost a month now and I’m still very happy with it.
