They treat their customers with the respect deserved of those who are spending tens of thousands of dollars. We left the BMW world after 15 years of ownership because of that lack of true professionalism exhibited at Delray BMW. Suzana Saric and Jeff Abramowitz were a great pleasure to work with to arrive at a mutually acceptable deal for both sides. Delray Honda proclaims themselves as a Berkshire Hathaway company - Warren Buffett would be proud!

Great service and knowledgeable staff. Our sales rep, Joey Romano, was especially helpful and provided us with all the details and options available on the new hybrid models we were interested in. While my Lexus was in for warranty service, he even took the time to show us your service center which we were totally impressed with how well organized and clean it was. It’s no wonder Lexus Of Wesley Chapel is rated so high. Jose was our service rep, and he too, was very knowledgeable and helpful in regard to our service repair. I only wish that Lexus would build another Dealership north of Tampa so we don’t have to drive so far for service.

Within about 10 minutes of arriving, he had me out on a test drive, and I knew right away that I loved the car. What impressed me most was how smooth and fast everything went. Carlton was helpful, professional, and made sure I was taken care of throughout the entire process. The financing was easy, and they worked quickly to get everything approved and completed. From the time I arrived until I drove off the lot, the entire process took about three hours, including financing. I was able to get my car the very same morning, which was amazing. I’ve had my car for almost a month now and I’m still very happy with it. If you’re looking for a dealership that moves fast and provides great customer service, I definitely recommend Lakeland Auto Mall—especially Carlton!
