I had to go back and forth a few times to schedule both a regular service and recall service. I wanted a loaner because I didn't want to deal with waiting ora shuttle. I received different answers each time I called. First time I was told I had to wait almost a month to book an appointment with A loaner. Them when I called back I was told a loaner wasn't an option and I ended up having to deal with the shuttle.

We are very happy with our recent purchase of a used Outback Limited. Howard Marfell was our salesperson for over two decades. After he moved and left Uftring Subaru we were concerned about having to deal with a new person. Through a referral from a coworker, we went with Travis Doubet. Travis met and exceeded our expectations. It was only 1.5 hrs from test drive to leaving with our next Subaru. He is now our new "Not Howard" :)
