This was my first visit to any Brad Deery location and I wasn’t disappointed. I was on the hunt for a pre-owned car with a very specific set of perquisites - but their inventory was so large that I had way more cars to look at than I had hoped for. Zach was very welcoming and helpful. He was knowledgeable about the cars on my list and was great at pointing me in the right direction. Zach and his manager both helped me get a car that would best fit my needs and lifestyle, but I also got a great deal on it! I will definitely head to Brad Deery for any future car-hunting needs.

44 days and counting to get the paperwork for my license plates when you call to speak to someone you either get disconnected or hung up when you go up to the dealership the sales manager David let’s you know they have 45 days by law he makes sure you understand he is in charge not you and talks over if I ever get plates I am going to trade this off in a year at a dealership that will help when you have a problem

They made us wait for hours to buy our vehicle, so by the time we got to signing the financial paperwork we were tired and just wanted to leave. After buying the vehicle, going over the papers at home we found that the warranty on my certified vehicle, was actually a $2500 extended warranty that they had me sign the back of the paper without showing us the front side that had all of the prices and information on. Also the vehicle was not well cleaned, there was thick dust on some surfaces, and candy wrappers in the rear cup holders.

I like the fact that you can trust Tauke to be honest, tell you the whole truth about what you're buying, tell you what needs to be fixed on your current vehicle, and treat you with respect. This is definitely not the first experience I've had with Tauke Motors; I took my Dodge minivan there for service twenty years ago, and they've been servicing my Buick for a couple of years now. My daughter bought a used car there last year and she's thrilled with it. And the car that I just bought is the nicest one I've ever owned, and it was a good price. Bought a car 3 years ago from the owners daughter she’ll push any clunker they have on lot after some critical issues arose they did nothing but blame me even though I wasn’t only told that the driver side mirror needed replaced and that everything was in pretty good shape .. less than a year later the engine cradle was completely rotted out .. the passenger side tire had an issue with a leak the day I drove it off site .. the CD player was jammed and wouldn’t work (with a tester cd lodged inside) Do NOT buy from this place they will rob you blind with a smile on their face

I usually don't like to leave bad reviews but I'm about fed up. The sales person I worked with was great until the deal was done and he got his commission. After that he ignored my messages and calls. Then i had to schedule an appointment to get the bodywork done and fender flares put on (that I didn't want). Was told by their service department that the work should take 1-2 days to complete. I called on day 4 only to find that they had no idea whether the work had been done or not and that they would find out and call me back (still waiting for that call). I really wanted to enjoy my experience and return for business but I just don't feel great about the situation. Customer satisfaction should be rule #1!

Well, went to trade in the wifes 2011 Ford Explorer today, nothing wrong 139,000 miles. Now at June 2019 and was told sorry your vehicle has a car fax report from a dealer repair at 30,000 says it was in an accident in 2013 two owners ago. Holy crap that's nice to know at least it was fixed correctly by a dealer, I think to myself. Their response is nope sorry, can't give you trade on what it's worth. It has orginal title. When did car fax rule between original title and salvage title?

I told the salesman I was going to buy a truck. I showed him the one I wanted and asked if all the accessories came with it at the price he told me and he said yes. I signed the purchase agreement and planned to return the next day to pick up the truck. I got a text from the sales manager saying I would have to pay an extra $1500 for the truck because of the accessories. After several calls and their unwillingness to honor the agreement I went to another dealer who gave me a better deal on the same truck after hearing what I had been thru. I will never step foot on Dave Wright’s lot again. The vehicle was a 21019 Honda Ridgeline. I was not given the option to select Honda in the section below so I just picked one.
