We first went to Thys because they had a Pacifica with the features that we wanted, and were looking for a test drive. We continued working with Thys through our buying process, because of their upfront and honest salesmanship. We worked with Dave Koch throughout the process, and he was up front with us on how the Pacifica compared to the Honda Odyssey, and was straight on the pros and cons of each vehicle. We never felt any pressure from Dave, or anyone else at the dealer, and felt he was always working to get us the model/features that best met our needs, and at a fair price. We ended up ordering our van, and Dave went out of his way to kept us up-to-date with where the vehicle was in the building process. Thys is an hour away from our house, and even though there or other Chrysler dealers closer to us, we chose to continue shopping at Thys. They are a small town dealership, and you can notice that personal treatment that they give their customers. I will be happy to point anyone to Thys for their next vehicle purchase.

Everytime I come for a Oil Change takes them 2 hours on the “EXPRESS LANE”.. shiudn’t be considered a fake advertising? i just want to know why in any other places it just take me 15 minutes, including any other Chrysler Dealers?? 🤔🤔🤔 1st time shame on them, this time shame on me!! Not again

As always, another wonderful stress free experience at Brown's in Elkader. The salesman/staff were very accommodating. The vehicle I was interested in was at another dealership so they had it driven almost 2 hours to the Elkader location just so I could test drive it, that same day. The salesman was very knowledgeable of the vehicles history and specs, even though they had just received it and they stayed an hour past closing time to close the deal and send me home in my new Truck. Got the vehicle I wanted, at the price I wanted with friendly service and a free tank of gas to boot.

Looking for a pickup - EdSass
I was looking for a used pickup but you guys had a left over 2016 so I bought it. I was really happy with the 2016 Dodge Ram 1500 Big Horn. Everything was great I loved it. Then we went camping pulling the camper. Everything was going good until all of a sudden it just quit running!!!!!!!!! It only had a little over 2800 miles!!!!!!! I wasn't a happy camper pulling a camper on our 1st time out pulling it and it quit running!!!!!!!! Now I need a new motor. Even though it's under warranty it's just the principal I don't have my new pickup because it's BROKE DOWN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Absolute crooks!! Do not trust this dealership!!! - Ffelrod
They are absolutely, deplorable crooks. Do not trust their “Lifetime Powertrain” warranty!!! First. They won’t cover the transmission lines because they are not “internally lubricated” parts. No mention that the power train warranty wasn’t good. In fact they told us that if we had annoying else do the repair work, it would void the warranty. The check engine light was on at the time for the oil pump and they said it’s simply a computer error and not to worry about it. We take it back in and without looking at it they say it is completely safe to take on a 2000 mile family vacation. A different dealership looked at it and said ABSOLUTELY DONT take it on that kind of a trip and to talk to Granger again. I spoke with the owner and he admitted they were short staffed and they were trying to get people to reschedule appointments. He got it in for us. The service manager then called the next day and told us it needed a new oil pump and it would cost $1000. When I asked about the warranty, he said it would cover it, but they had no record that we had taken it in for service at all for the past 2 years. Which is absolutely false!! They do not live up to their promises, they care more about themselves and the almighty dollar and they are willing to place your life at risk for that dollar. They have no issues telling outright lies. They have no morals. I will never do business with this company again!!

We had a disappointing visit with this dealership. We reached out inquiring about a specific vehicle asking several questions and was told it was in great shape and ready to be seen. A couple days later my husband and I make the 100 mile trip to visit the dealership.
A sales lady was very quick to engage us and provide assistance as soon as we stepped out of our car. She found the vehicle that we were considering and I excitedly opened the doors. I was surprised when it turned out there were magazines, coins, straw wrappers, etc. throughout, as well as other personal products in the cup holders and console. The interior was a light color and there were dark scuffs and smudges. I could feel crumbs beneath my legs and an empty water bottle rolled off the console during the test drive. My initial impression was of disgust and sheer disappointment as the vehicle wasn't prepared for sale. We looked briefly at a second model which didn't have trash in it, but did have quite a bit of dog hair in the back and should have been vacuumed.
We have been to many dealerships over the last month and I have never seen cars shown in worse condition. We were told that the vehicle was being used by one of the employees as a demo which was supposed to excuse the condition it was being shown in. The vehicle had 2500 more miles than listed online and no adjustment were made to the price. We were told the "computers glitched" and already marked the price down below where the dealership was making money.
Bottom line is that we walked in ready to buy this vehicle. We understand it would get cleaned prior to obtaining the keys. However, this was the first impression we had with this dealerships professionalism and commitment to the customer experience. We ended up leaving the dealership questioning their standards, it wasn't worth the drive out for us.

Not only did he bring my car from North Liberty he spent the time answering all my questions he also showed us the features on the car. He listened to us when we advised we had other financing and was very professional about it. No pressure for us and reassurance we made the right choice. Thanks Gene for making this so simple. We bought a 2012 Dodge Grand caravan and they wouldn't show us the service records on it. Then after we bought it the traction control light came on. We took it to them and they said it would come on by its self. Wrong answer I had 5 different mechanics tell me it won't come on by its self unless u hit the button. I had to take it to uptown motors to have them fix it right. Now we just spent alot of money in plugs coil pack and fuel injector cleaning service and 2 new tires also. So I say kreigers can take there cars and stick them where the sun don't shine and I will not go back there at all. So do not buy from them they will not show u anything on the service records at all. I asked for them more than once and they never would get them out fore to see.
Oil Change and Tire Patch Gone Horribly Wrong - Preemo

Went in for an oil change and tire patch on 1-10-18 is how this nightmare begins. After waiting two and a half hours I get my car back with my painted rim all beat up. Six of the ten spokes had chipped paint and the edge of the rim was chewed up from the tire machine. They ordered me a new rim, the color was off badly. I suggested i know someone who paints they said no. So at this point for $200 this problem could have been fixed. The service manager "Danny" tells me thats all they are going to do its now my problem. If i wasnt happy, and why should i be, i could talk to "Mike" at the south location. This guy took a week to get back to me only to tell me Chrysler isnt getting back to him and I should call them. So i do his job for him and call, had no problems getting someone. They tell me im not a dealer etc etc which took 10 mins. I get them a quote to have the rim painted, that Mike ASKED for mind you. Instead they used their "Wheel Guy" that all of a sudden appeared out of nowhere over a MONTH later to paint the rim. The rim looked like it was sprayed with rattle cans and the color was completely off. I told Mike it looked great and never went back. I am having the rim done at MY expense so I can once again have 4 rims that match. This process was long and exhausting and in the end, they did win. The simplest of car maintenance this place managed to foul up completely. Way to lose a customer and risk your reputation for a $200 fix. Well done. If I could rate them no stars i would. Bottom line go somewhere else, anywhere else.
