The service advisors are very friendly and do a good job of keeping me informed as to the repairs being performed. It was easy to get a service date scheduled. The service manger, Gary Roll, runs a quality department and really tries to satisfy the customer. I highly recommend the service department to any one.

What a great experience! Thanks Dave Koch for everything you did for us and have in the works for the near future on my truck. We started with one of those big city dealerships and it took quite a while to get them to stop calling and emailing me. Dave is a low pressure salesman, who does a lot of leg work for you.
I was there to buy "The last truck I will ever own" and I think we actually found one that will truly foot the bill.

Go and talk with Chad L in sales ,he will take excellent care of you and will not pressure you into anything. He is one salesman that will 'go to bat' for you and ensures you are 100% satisfied before you take the keys. When you ask him to do something he will do it and he will follow up with you, too many times I have dealt with sales personnel on vehicles and all they want to do is get you to the dealership to drive vehicles and push you around, this is not the case with Chad nor with Deery as a whole. Stop in, take a look, then go talk with Chad.

Ram experience has been horrible - Dave likes his Ram
The dealership itself is nice, but I am having issues with my Ram and I am going to have to go to another dealership to get the work done because they do not have their own bodyshop.
Most of the employees were nice to work with, the ones who weren't are not in the same position now.
I am tired of how much work it is taking to make my Ram right. It is new and I should not have to deal with this at all.
And to top it off I have found out they didn't give me that good of a deal.

We went in with the usual apprehensive attitude about buying a vehicle. That was soon squashed due to Justin and his team. The truck I wanted was brought from another location and was ready when we arrived. Patrick, our salesman, was fun and had thick skin, we are kind of hard people to deal with. He took us with stride and made it worth the trip.
We will definitely do business with them again.

Oil Change/ switch services from Alaska to Iowa - Iowabornandraised
long story short we moved from Alaska to Iowa recently and knew the “stigma” behind Dan Deery’s to be “overpriced” and “cons” but when I brought my brand new Jeep in to be serviced I was greeted with nothing but professinalism and genuinely great service. Although they would not uphold a oil plan from another dealer (which wasn’t expected but it’s a brand new Jeep and we were told we would be able to switch dealers for services) I upgraded to synthetic oil at a somewhat reasonable price, and in and out in almost 15 minutes start to finish flat. Very pleased and will be returning for services and etc in the future.

Traded in a car and they said it would be paid off in 10 days and 15 days later with late fees and a missed car payment Runde is saying they don't know where the check is. This dealer is very unethical and unresponsive. I have talked to Joe and Shawn and both have been little to no help. DO NOT TRUST THEM TO KEEP THEIR WORD!

We bought a 2012 Dodge Grand caravan and they wouldn't show us the service records on it. Then after we bought it the traction control light came on. We took it to them and they said it would come on by its self. Wrong answer I had 5 different mechanics tell me it won't come on by its self unless u hit the button. I had to take it to uptown motors to have them fix it right. Now we just spent alot of money in plugs coil pack and fuel injector cleaning service and 2 new tires also. So I say kreigers can take there cars and stick them where the sun don't shine and I will not go back there at all. So do not buy from them they will not show u anything on the service records at all. I asked for them more than once and they never would get them out fore to see.

We purchased a 2012 Honda Accord from Junge. It came with a certified warranty. Three months later, we take it to Randy Kuehl Honda for an oil change service. Turns out Kuehl did the 45,000 transmission service. The car still had the 5 yr original warranty on it. Since Kuehl refused to fix it, we felt it was Junge's responsibility. They won't cover it because they didn't do the damage. They have the means to go after Kuehl, but wouldn't help us out. So they take it upon themselves to do a grinding down of the transmission and putting in a plug. This was done without notifying us or our permission. We've been told by 2 mechanics this will not hold. When we informed them that after 4 months, they have already depreciated the value of our car and any trade in, they don't care. When my husband explained this to Dan, he told him he usually doesn't even look at the transmission. How does that make you feel about purchasing a used car from them? They most likely saw it and decided to dump it on somone like us. They do not care about the customer, only the sale. After that, you should pretty much expect to be on you own for anything that causes trouble.

I took my truck in with oil light on...was told it was a sensor and still OK to drive. They replaced the sensor the next week. The oil light still came back on. Said it was probably the contacts, but couldn't look at it then, still OK to drive.....well, I ended up needing a new engine as that one apparently didn't run too well WITHOUT getting oil. :(
