They were able to get to the price posted online and then we negotiated from there so they were straightforward and fair. The process took about four hours from start to finish including looking at the vehicle and test drive, negotiating on price, financing and options, and vehicle prep and delivery. Friendly group and I would not hesitate to visit again in the future.

My Jeep broke down off Interstate 95 and I got great service - Mrsk08753
On June 22 I was traveling from NJ to SC when my Jeep broke down just off Interstate 95. I had my Roadside Assistance tow the vehicle to the nearest Jeep dealership which turned out to be Fred Frederick in Laurel. Even though they were busy, Joe Lavin went out of his way to have the problem diagnosed, overnight the part and install it the next day. He made sure I had a place to stay and kept my Jeep, with all my travel gear in it, in the service bay for safe keeping. I was on the road the next afternoon and have not have any mechanical problems since.

Worst car buying experience ever! Special ordered a Jeep Wrangler in July. It arrived in August with some paint defects. The dealer immediately reordered our special order Jeep and said that Jeep was going to "make it right" and also "fast track" the second special order. (Especially since we were spending $55). They did offer us an extended warranty but that was a joke considering they knew we would end up voiding our warranty once we put a lift kit and supercharger/turbocharged. Well the second Jeep took twice as long to receive. And when we went to take ownership of the vehicle today Jeep nor the dealer made nothing right. Billy Blumfield, the sales manager was rude and has HORRIBLE customer service skills.
Ultimately we DID NOT buy the Jeep today. Poor customer service. And very unwilling to "make it right."
Only person worthy of any positive review is Keyvan, our original sales rep.

I was looking to maybe replace my 2007 Chrysler Town Country Minivan. I like the Chrysler minivan line. There was a 2014 Chrysler Town Country Touring Minivan I was interested in. I had seen advertised on the website. I liked the price as I was not looking to take on another car payment. I did not plan on actually buying but did. Jason was polite, willing to listen and made me feel comfortable with the entire process. I wanted to trade in my 2007 Chrysler Town Country touring for a 2014 Chrysler Town Country Touring. I liked how I have been treated by not only Jason, Wetzel, and all the used sales Dept. I have no complaints, I feel like they actually took time for me.

DON'T BUY A VEHICLE FROM COOK AUTO! - Discustedandfedup
Bought a 2016 Rogue in January 2018. Kept in garage for 2 weeks as I couldn't drive due to injuries from serious auto collision. Noticed cracked taillight, .many phone calls to dealership with no return calls after leaving numerous messages, I was given an appt. to bring vehicle in and when I did, salesman was off that day (regular day off) . Then I was given another appt. with service manager. SAME THING HAPPENED. He was off! After several trips there, run arounds and excuses, taillight was replaced after 4 months. As I was walking to my vehicle toward the rear, I noticed directly under the taillight a separation where the trunk meets the body of the vehicle. I brought it to the attention of the service manager who took photos and promised to discuss with his boss and would get back to me. It's been 4 months since and I requested a meeting with owner, Robert Cook. Service manager told me I won't have meeting with Mr. Cook. He will meet with Mr. Cook and let me know the outcome. Hasn't happened yet, again I am helplessly waiting for a response. They fixed the problem but now won't fix the source of the problem. Don't waste your time and money at Cook Auto.
Update: I took my vehicle back this past Tuesday and met with Rob Hayes, who introduced me to Bill Moscov, assistant manager. I explained everything that has been going on, and he told me he would have vehicle taken to Fork Auto Body in Fallston for estimate. He stated that depending on amount of estimate would determine if they would pay, but most likely I would have to pay half. He said because it's been 8 months, and their staff never documented anything! And because it's not in THEIR BUDGET!!! It's my fault they never documented anything??? The estimate was just over $1,000. Bill said it's a little steep and he doubted Cook would pay the entire bill. I told him I was not paying anything, and again he stated it was not in their budget. He told me I'd have to talk to Frank Shaeffer, corporate general manager. Frank flat out refused to pay, and said they'd pay half. Don't waste your time and energy at Cook Auto. There are plenty of other dealerships around!
