We had a wonderful experience with criswell of Thurmont... - zguilday
We had a wonderful experience with criswell of Thurmont with the purchase of our pre owned gmc 3500. Will Ryan, our salesman went above and beyond our expectations. He put in extra effort with our less than ideal conditions to have us test drive transfer, purchase, and drive all in less than a couple hrs. I have bought 3 vehicle s from criswell and will continue to shop with them.

I chose to go to Criswell Chrysler Jeep for service... - Brian (Joseph) B.
I chose to go to Criswell Chrysler Jeep for service because the service department is awesome! Shane and Vanessa helped me out with one of my tires that had a bolt/nail in it (this week) and the wheel was also stuck onto the vehicle due to a over tightened lug bolt. They fixed everything and they are awesome, Criswell has a wonderful team in the service department!!

Highly recommend DeAudre Travers and the team @ Fitzgerald! DeAudre was honest, trustworthy, efficient, responsive, knowledgeable and friendly. If I could give this guy 10 stars I would!! He went above and beyond to help us find the perfect SUV to fit our needs and worked hard to help get a car driven down for a test drive. We can’t thank him enough for helping make the process so smooth. Many thanks— we’ll be back & certainly recommend you to everyone we know!

On Monday morning I attempted to shift my 2013 Dodge Dart... - ayawnnasmith
On Monday morning I attempted to shift my 2013 Dodge Dart into park, it would not shift. I attempted to turn the car off however since I could not shift the car from drive to part the car would not turn off completely, nor would it allow me to take the key out of the ignition. I did some searching online and found out that my car had multiple recalls on it, one of which was with the transmission shifter cable which is why the car could not shift out of drive.
I called AAA to have my car towed to the Ourisman Bowie dealership. I called the service department at Ourisman and was transferred to the parts department, I was told that they did not have the part but would order it right away so that they can start working on it as soon as it arrives. He then directed me back to the service department in order to schedule an appointment. The appointment setter put me on hold and the call was disconnected after being on hold for about 3 minutes. I called back to attempt to schedule the appointment again, I was told that the recall coordinator was the only person that could set my appointment and they were away from their desk they took my information and said they would have them call me back. I called at around 2pm after not receiving a phone call and spoke to another appointment setter who once again could not get the recall coordinator on the phone because they were assisting another customer, they once again took my information and told me they would have them call me back as soon as they were available. At 5:45 I still had not received a call so I called again and was told that the recall coordinator was gone for the day and would call me in the morning. The next day I had not received a call by 1:30pm so I called to attempt to schedule an appointment, the recall coordinator was still not available but the appointment setter that I was on the phone with informed me that they would be able to schedule my appointment for that same day (Tuesday) and if they couldn’t work on it that day they would get started the next day (Wednesday)
I did not call on Wednesday because I assumed they would be calling me with an update. I called Thursday afternoon to get an update on my car and the person on the line said that they could not find the slip for my car so the mechanic must be working on it currently and it would be ready in a few days. On Friday morning at 10:30I called to see when my car would be ready and I was told that my service advisor was gone for the day and they would speak to the mechanic to see when the vehicle would be done and I would get a call right back. At 1:30 I called after not receiving a call for a few hours and was I formed that not only had the not started working on my car but there wasn’t even an open ticket on the car. I spoke to a manager and was told they would be working on the car today and it would be done same day if not the next day. I went to the dealership to speak to a manager and was told that the reason why they hadn’t started working on my car was because they couldn’t find the key, key was in the ignition and they hadn’t even called me to ask me where the key was. I was assured that my car would be fixed same day once again but was called a few hours later and was informed that my battery was completely drained and they needed To be replaced, this would cost $400+. I informed them that the battery was dead because they let my car sit for 5 days without taking the key out of the ignition, they informed me that they would not be responsible for the battery being drained.

I brought in my 2017 Pacifica for a misfire code and ultimately it led to a major repair covered under warranty. This service call happened to land during a difficult time for the service department and staff, and would take some time to get parts in and perform the service. Also, due to shortages in the rental car industry the dealership did not have loaners available. After I raised my concerns, the GM took this issue head-on and not only provided my family with a comparable vehicle, but did so my giving me a dealer car the next day. The repair was also completed in a matter of days and is good as new.

****DON'T GO****STAY AWAY****
Only giving 1 star because I can't give ZERO.
Worst auto experience of my life.
Dishonest with genuine intent to deceive.
(the only exception is Ken- the finance guy- he was Great)
There was ZERO desire to provide any type of customer service, even when I made it as easy as humanly possible. I gave crystal clear communication and specific questions.. which were met with repetitive disregard and false information.
They, Javon (sales rep) specifically, lied repeatedly about several things, which I later discovered and they could not have cared less.
Even contacted the General Manger, Tim, directly.. and, despite an abundance of clear examples of wrong doing, he made no attempt to correct or reconcile, beyond a simple apology. He said he would follow up, never did.
Give you business elsewhere.
Charged me 5 grand above msrp cause they are struggling.... - mshandaven
Charged me 5 grand above msrp cause they are struggling. Dont be fooled, many other dealerships are not practicing this and manufacturers are even upset with the dealerships that are up-charging fees to consumers. However purchased here regretfully because I couldn't find the very specific model with all the extras that I wanted and needed elsewhere. They wouldnt ship to me so I had to drive half across country to pick up. Adan Romero was my salesman and he was very nice but seemed like he was new. He didnt teach me much about my new vehicles features even though there were alot. He taught me about the screen mostly. He was attentive and seemed like he was doing his best for his experience. I did have to go later to a local dealership to be taught about my vehicles features. Jeffery Gonoa was my finance person but a lady was the final finance person day I picked up my truck. We had some confusion after leaving dealership about my paperwork. Tried many times but had to call corporate before I finally could get a callback. They only keep one finance person on site and they are always busy and routinely stay late.

By far the worst serve department for Jeep's. Never take your Jeep to Tate Service department. They never provide the correct service and their service manager "Jim' is terrible at customer service. Twice I had problems with their service department and once while I needed service on my car they crashed my car and had to do auto body work. I never had an accident in my car. Stay away please.
DO yourself a favor and stay away. Worst customer service... - stacy
DO yourself a favor and stay away. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. They did not do proper inspection on delivery of the new vehicle and could have avoided most of the issues from my experience. Regardless they refuse to take ownership of the problems and no longer return calls or voice mails. Get put on hold for 20-30 min waiting to talk to gm or sales mgr and they never pick up. THey were very responsive when I was purchasing a $76,000 vehicle, but now that they got my money things have changed. Was force to deal w/ RAM customer service and another local dealer instead. Literally the worst experience ever buying a vehicle. RUN FAR AWAY!

My car (2010 challenger) broke down outside of Accident... - Clevertitan
My car (2010 challenger) broke down outside of Accident MD 7 weeks ago. Needless to say it is still not fixed. The first week they had other work and could not look at my car to the end of the week (totally understand) The second week they informed me that it was the timing belt that broke, later that week they informed me that some of the valves were not holding pressure, resulting in them having to take the engine apart for repair. Weeks 3-5 they were ripping the motor apart and waiting for back ordered parts. On saturday at the end of week 6 after calling they informed me that it was all good it just needed to be timed. I called back tuesday where they again informed me its all good just needs timed.. so i called today (2-20-2014) to confirm the time i can pick up my car friday, only to be informed that there is still a cyclinder issues and it may be ready next week. As of right now Dodge corprate has "launched" a service review/investigation. After having Dodge HQ call them the service manager said he would provide me a rental car. If the service department is a example of this dealership i would stay very far away. Just a finishing note- They have never called me to update me on the repair work, i have had to call them everytime. Please beware.
What Customer Service? - DaGrinch
Bought a used Jeep Liberty from an individual and it came with only one key. I bought a blank key from an outside source and had my son go to Bender's to have the key cut and programmed. They wouldn't touch it because it wasn't a MOPAR key. I knew I was risking the blank to be bad - what difference does it make to them? They were going to be paid for their time and effort. Nope, wouldn't touch it.
This would have been the perfect opportunity for this dealership to establish a good rapport - never know, I might need parts for the used Liberty and with a good experience, there's always the possibility I'd be back. They don't have to worry about it now.
