We went to Jared! While we had a nice picture experience at Heritage, Jared is the reason we bought the car. Jared is a wonderful sales person. Friendly, intelligent and truthful. He listens to your needs, wants and desires and works with you to find you the car of your dreams. Best car buying experience we’ve ever had.

Traded down. - GirlyGirl62
My 2015 Chrysler van had a problem that cost $ 1,000 to repair. I ended up trading it in for a 2018 Dodge Grand Caravan at the dealership. Totally satisfied? Sort of. I was told that my van was only worth $11,000, and that I owed $18,000. The negative equity on my van was $7,000, but I was told that I would get these great incentives to help with the purchase of a new van. I was told that with the financing, my new car payment would be new car payment would be around $500.00. It ended up being $575.00! My old car payment was only $350.00.
I expressed an interest in seeing vans. My salesman showed me only 2 Dodge Grand Caravans - one black and one silver. I was not thrilled about either, but out of the 2, I liked the silver one best. The Caravan had fewer amenities than my Chrysler T &C - no DVD player, no lighted mirror on the passenger side, no navigation system, etc., My salesman was young, very eager and very polite. He was very attentive, but I wished that he had shown me vehicles with more amenities.
Liked having a women help me. I felt comfortable with her. - Little woman
When I saw the sales women I relaxed. I was prepared for a man, I even brought my son-in-law in case I had a male sales person. She was easy to talk to.

Overall good - Whoknew
I dealt with Charles because I purchased a 2012 Grand Cherokee at an earlier date. He is very knowledgeable about the merchandise he sells. It just took longer because of another customer. When I encountered problems with tags and who to speak to about my prior lease , it was Maurice Mitchell who assisted me each time. He smiled and quickly came to my aid because Charles was unavailable.

I found this particular car shopping experience to be the most stress free event of all the times I've purchased a vehicle.....I expressed my desired vehicle of choice, amount I wanted to spend and my must have accessories. Terrell Bullock, the Sales Consultant did an excellent job of securing a vehicle meeting my criteria. He was very polite, friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable of the goods and services of the Dealership!

Relaxing Insight - Team DJ
My spouse and I are in the market to buy an newer vehicle, but have been hesitant due to a bad past experience. However, the search has been come more necessary. We stopped by to look at vehicles while picking our car up from the service department. The experience with Luis, could not have been more pleasant. He spent time asking our preferences, showing us a variety of options, which helped to narrow down our selections. We also met Julius, the sales manager and he was equally welcoming. In addition to being informative, he provided us a number of options for vehicle personalization (thanks Jon). Most importantly, it was not a high-pressure sales situation. We are still trying to figure out our next vehicle but when we are ready, we will be coming back to Criswell.

Keyvan Aarabi is Outstanding! - Dkekesi
First of all, let me say that I absolutely loathe buying a car. Today was no exception! However, when I walked into Fitzgerald Auto Mall Lexington Park Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM in MD and met Keyvan Aarabi I felt extremely comfortable —which totally set my mind at ease. There wasn’t any hard pressure sales pitches forced down my throat to turn my stomach. Keyvan is extremely personable, funny, knowledgeable, and patient —I had endless questions. (The Pacifica Touring L Plus I bought was fully loaded with lots of safety and technical bells and whistles.) If you want an outstanding salesman and dealership please don’t hesitate to buy a vehicle from Keyvan Aarabi.
Quenton Dixon is the man to see for a deal! - Bdecker92
This dealership has a much nicer vibe than most I’ve been to. I wasn’t pressured into leasing a vehicle or given a low ball offer on my trade. Quenton was incredibly professional and gave me his full attention even on a hectic and busy day where I showed up earlier than my appointment. Can’t say enough good things about Hoffman. I’m a lifetime customer for sure!
Great service - Lovechild

Great Customer Service - chrysler3910
Purchased out of state and the whole process was very seamless. I worked with Jason Kerr who was stand-up and fantastic. I flew in and they picked me up. I arrived at the dealership and was on my way in about 30 minutes. Couldn't be happier with the minivan and the service. I had a little issue with my tags (being out of state) and Danny from the dealership heard me out and got it fixed within the day. Would definitely recommend my friends buy out of state for the price and service.
Just an overall excellent dealership that really cares! - 2012Shadow
We purchase new Jeeps every 3-4 years. We've been dealing with Thompson since 2005. Recently I decided to order an extra set of floor mats for my 2018 Jeep Rubicon Recon that I purchased in late December. I spoke to Joe Pearce in parts and they were special ordered for my. Chrysler. Jeep Customer service had said they are not available, but Joe found them! This really shows the personal care one expects and receives from Thompson. Many thanks to Joe. John and Sandy
Outstanding - Mike
Hertrich is the only Dealer that I deal with personally and in business! Dana Smith and Bill Jump are the most professional automobile professionals I have worked with. Integrity and commitment to customer service in all their actions to ensure that their customers are compelely satisfied. Any organization is only as good as it’s employee’s; Dana and Bill are the best! As long as they are at Hertrich for me to deal with, I have no reason to purchase a vehicle anywhere else.
Thank you Dana and Bill!
New car purchase - Challenger R/T
Ordered a 2018 Challenger R/T plus in May. Took two months to come in but worth the wait. Tate Dodge and salesman Lee Patterson were great to work with. I am a returning customer with Tate Dodge. Purchased at 2009 Challenger and a 2012 Ram bighorn from them also. Traded my 2009 Challenger in on my new Challenger and received a fair price for it.
Very pleased with the purchase - ahiltabidle
One of the lowest pressure car buying experience I have ever had. Everyone was very pleasant and welcoming when I walked in the door; my sales rep was ready almost as soon as I got there. I will definitely buy a vehicle from Century when I am next in the market.
Very honest and upfront. - cwilson
Dealing with Lauren in the internet department, she was fast to respond to emails, got the information that I requested and I felt was 100% upfront and honest. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Dodge/Jeep/Chrysler or a used car. Small Hometown dealership with no politics. Check them out.
outstanding service - Bayley LLD
Everything was on time and completed in a very professional manner. This is my third visit scheduled and one of several for car wash and air adjustment to stop warning low tire signal. Always the same high level of service.

My Jeep broke down off Interstate 95 and I got great service - Mrsk08753
On June 22 I was traveling from NJ to SC when my Jeep broke down just off Interstate 95. I had my Roadside Assistance tow the vehicle to the nearest Jeep dealership which turned out to be Fred Frederick in Laurel. Even though they were busy, Joe Lavin went out of his way to have the problem diagnosed, overnight the part and install it the next day. He made sure I had a place to stay and kept my Jeep, with all my travel gear in it, in the service bay for safe keeping. I was on the road the next afternoon and have not have any mechanical problems since.
Service department = frustrating experience - amay11
Had a frustrating experience with Tate. It started the night before when I received a text message confirming my appointment. The message said "text back with questions," so I did. I asked if there was a courtesy shuttle and I received no response. Suggestion: Either use text messaging to comm with your customers or don"t. But the lack of response is NOT helpful or good customer service. In fact, it's frustrating.
The next day. I walked in for a schedule appointment and no one acknowledged me. I stood there awkwardly while people clicked on their computers, waiting to hear "be right with you, ma'am" or "welcome to Tate." Nothing. Finally, I said "do I need to talk with someone specifically...what do I do." A man, who didn't even bother to look up from his screen, said "be with you in a minute." Horrible first impression. Suggestion: Greet customers when they come in. How about having the receptionist to the left acknowledge customers if the service techs are busy? Come on...not rocket science...
So, despite having a scheduled appointment. I was told "may or may not be seen." He went on to discuss how busy and backed up they were. Yada. Yada. Yada. Suggestion: Stop overbooking. Don't you get tired of pissed off customers who have to schedule their day around service. Aren't you tired of saying "don't know if it will be done today..." and dealing with frustrated customers. Hire some techs. Change your booking policies. Do something.
Whatever. So I am stuck in Frederick waiting with promises of a call back and an update. I once again received a text saying "reply to this text" if you need anything. I did...twice...requesting an update...NOTHING. I had to call back repeatedly. It was closing time, and had not heard anything. Finally...after I called back...again...my truck was ready. Suggestion: If you say you are going to call with an update...call with an update. Your courtesy shuttle would not take me home, so i was stuck...waiting...
Got the truck. Noticed the oil change indicator had not been reset. Great. They were closed. Did they really change my oil or were they "too busy?" I called Sat morning, and the guy who answered the phone said "all evidence suggests" it was changed, but he couldn't tell me for sure. What the heck does "all evidence suggest" mean? I asked for a straight answer and yes got frustrated. He could not give me one. He went on to say "it's been a rough week" at the shop and would have the service manager call me. He didn't want to deal with me. Oh...and he did tell me I could drop back by and have them check it out and reset it. Sorry, Tate...I can't drop everything and drive 45 mins back to your shop and sit there for something YOU SHOULD HAVE DONE PROPERLY in the first place. Suggestion: Add some sort of line item to your system that says "oil change complete? yes or no." If a service tech can't say definitively that an oil change happened...it's a problem especially when you customer paid for it.
Best Dealership Experience Ever - Champions1
I've bought over 15 cars in my life time, this by far was the best experience i have ever had with any dealership. Everyone from Rodney Mattison (Internet Sales Rep) to John Barbo (Sales Rep) were immaculate and professional and made my wife and i feel like family. Anytime the owner walks over to introduce himself, that speaks volumes about the company. I have yet to encounter another dealership that seems to put customers above making a dollar.
Incompetent - DieselWK
I took my Grand Cherokee to get service and repairs. After 6 months of poor and incomplete work done by their mechanics, I will never return. So sad because they are the closest dealer. They can't even get a recall repair right.
Fluff on top and incompetent from Top to Bottom - dix6767
Spent 100k in a week on 2 trucks. Trouble from the start, second vehicle delivered in horrible condition, took it back and cleaned it again but obviously didn’t lift the lift gate. I was told they didn’t want to use a cleaner on it so they didn’t mess up the paint, I took a wet cloth and it came right off. List goes on and on, the straw that broke the back for us, our trade-ins were not paid off in time and I had to shell out $500 to get those loans closed, dragged me along for over a week and could honestly careless. Suddenly the fault is mine, and they honestly could careless (notice a pattern). As I told everyone at Cook, I am not a complainer but they sure make it easier to become one. Never Again, I have two beautiful vehicles and would be just fine getting my old one’s back then go through that again. A lot of fluff on the surface but upper management is garbage! I have documentation and messages to back all of my statements.
