All past dealings have been great. This tiime the service writer, Doug, was argumentative and made me want to either go somewhere else our drag him outside. I was there for a replacement drag link recall fix that was set up by RamCares. I was told that everything was covered and would be fixed correctly and not welded. This guy kept telling me he never heard of such a thing and I would have to pay. He ever told me that no one stands behind their products any more. The next day I received an update that everything was corrected and the alignment was scheduled. On pickup there was no charge and an apology by a different service writer for the hassle I endured dropping off. With the price of a new truck, you would think everyone there would treat customers like their paychecks depend on you. I will go back just because of the second guy apologising for the actions of the first.

I cannot say enough good things about this dealership.... - jessicaamber1031
I cannot say enough good things about this dealership. From sales to financing, everyone was AMAZING. I have been working with Kathryn in sales for over a month to come up with a plan to achieve this goal. I searched a few dealers and actually went through the entire process with one other dealer and they didn’t come close to what Criswell in Gaithersburg did for me. Kathryn went above and beyond for me. I will forever be grateful for that girl. Whenever I am ready for a new vehicle I will for sure be returning here! (:

We always enjoy doing business with Century Jeep. We have been customers since 2012 and have always been treated excellent by the sales and service departments. We recently purchased a used 2014 Dodge Journey and the buying experience was very smooth. Our sales rep, Allen Reitter, did an outstanding job on the sale of this vehicle. He was knowledgeable of the vehicle history and features. We have purchased 2 new Jeep Wranglers from Century and had the same experience. Allen sold us the most recent Jeep Wrangler in 2020. The service department at Century is also very good.

This dealer was a pleasure to work with. I had received an offer through Truecar which had seemed to change on the Truecar website, but they honored the original price exactly as it was quoted. No games or gimmicks, I have seen other dealers try to add back freight twice and things like that. Keiri Flores was great as the salesperson, and I was in and out of finance faster than I have ever experienced. A thumbs up all around.

I bought a JL Wrangler in October of 2019. It died on the way home. The dealer offered to buy it back from me when they realized that I knew the lemon law. The second jeep that I "bought" was fine. However, Scott Carr lied to me about an extended waranty and never answered any emails. His boss? Hodges also did not respond to my emails. I don't trust them and would not recommend them to anyone.
I had moved on but was rimended about them by an auto generated email wishing me a happy birthday.

My recent buying experience at Darcars Jeep New... - rehouston6521
My recent buying experience at Darcars Jeep New Carrollton was one of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had.
This was the 25th vehicle I’ve purchased in my life and was better than my prior excellent experiences with Mercedes, Acura and Infiniti.
My initial contact was with sales person Caesy Rivera by phone and he was very informative about the Darcars pricing strategy and verifying the 2020 Grand Cherokee High Altitude (w/5.7L Hemi) I was interested in was available.
I was unable to travel the 1.5 hours to the dealership till this past Friday (9 Oct).
Upon arrival and after being introduced to sales managers Frankie and Tim, Caesy explained features of the vehicle (this was my first time driving a Grand Cherokee) and the basic outline of where we were going on the test drive.
The Grand Cherokee was quite impressive. Upon return to the dealership, Caesy provided the dealerships initial sales write up. I was impressed with their first offer on the F150 I was trading in. The Darcars sales price of the Grand Cherokee was quite fair based upon my several weeks of research. After a brief discussion with Frankie (Semper Fi!), we were able to come to an acceptable compromise on pricing of both the Grand Cherokee and my F150 trade in. This occurred in <5 minutes of start of negotiations! Amazing!!!
To add more greatness to this transaction, when I met with Andrew in F & I, he was prepared for me, had pertinent documents laid out and explained extended warranty options. I already had pre-approved financing with my bank, so that merely streamlined the process. Andrew was very professional – as are all of the folks I interacted with at Darcars New Carrollton!
The vast inventory selection (they were the only dealer within 75 miles with Hemi powered High Altitudes – and they had four of them) and wonderful sales professionals at Darcars New Carrollton certainly made my 1.5 hour drive each way well worth the effort and time invested.
This is a review of Chrysler/Dodge Service department. I... - yamsta
This is a review of Chrysler/Dodge Service department. I bought my vehicle (2012 Dodge Durango) brand new from their dealership back in 2012 and have been using the service department for many years now mainly for recall work. For routine maintenance I typically either do it myself or take it to a trusted independent mechanic. Over the last couple of years I've taken my vehicle to their service center 3 separate times for the infamous "fuel pump relay" recall. Each time they would perform the recall and each time the recall (external relay) would fail within months causing starting issues and stalling. This happened again recently, which I confirmed by pulling the relay and noticed the same issues, so I decided to take my car in for them to take a look.
They checked out my vehicle and Bryan Paige, my Service Advisor, came back and told me that the recall work is "fine" and my issue was "100% the fuel pump" which would cost me almost $2,000 to fix! Not only that, he told me the technician checked my spark plugs and said they were all loose and could be "easily rotated by hand" and to fix would be another $600. I found this interesting because I did not have any misfire codes and I just had the plugs replaced less than 20k miles ago. I refused all services but was yet charged a $220 "diagnostic fee" because the "issues" they found were not related to the recall, even though I knew they were. I begrudgingly paid the fee and refused all other services and went home.
I ordered extra fuel pump relays and that weekend I decided to change the relay as well as check the spark plugs myself just in case. Turns out the plugs were all tight and within torque specs!! I had a mechanic friend check out the fuel pump and said it was fine too!
The folks at this service department are straight up liars and crooks! I would not go here for anything other than confirmed recall work or covered maintenance work and even then I would reconsider. Stay far away from this place. I'm still in shock as I've been a customer for almost 10 years all of which Bryan was there and he lied directly to my face!!

I had the pleasure of working with Cole Lucia for the purchase of my used 2020 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. Cole was professional and provided me with additional information about the jeep. I was a little skeptical about downgrading to a V4 engine but he assured me that the turbo engine in this Jeep would not display much difference from the V6 that I had in my vehicle. Cole always responded to my text messages and calls and he really made me feel like this was a friend helping another friend out to purchase a car, I did not feel like I was getting taken advantage of or that this was just about making a deal. I want to say that everyone who works at DARCARS from the receptionist, to the dealers to the individuals who take care of the vehicles. This is by far the best car buying experience I have done. Thank you Cole, and thank you, everyone, at DARCARS in Walford, MD for providing me with my dream vehicle. We will definitely be back for future purchases.

My whole purchase process with Fred Frederick was very smooth and completely hassle free. Salesperson Susan and Allen are professional and keep their promised price, which was negotiated through emails. Financial manager Mark checked with several financial institutions to help me find the lowest rate for my loan. They even worked overtime with me at the Friday night to complete transactions because of my late arrival. I can't be more satisfied with this dealership, and to be honest, they are above my expectation.

I went to get an oil change on our 2017 Grand Cherokee because I was sent a $24.95 special for oil and filter. Of course the price to did not cover synthetic oil so I agreed to go ahead. 30 mins later I get a call stating there was a nail in the tire and $65 to plug plus I also needed the 30,000 service and I was quoted $1000 . this bill was for air filter ,cabin filter and drain and replace transfer case fluid. . I changed oil and filter and plugged tire though i really wonder if I had a nail in the tire for $104. When I checked owners manual It does not recommend changing transfer fluid until 120,000 miles. I went and Bought air and cabin filter and replaced myself for $50. It took less than 20 mins. Last time I go Dar cars

My wife came in to see a highly recommended service rep... - jkgunner13
My wife came in to see a highly recommended service rep Gary Millard, big mistake. JL was brought in because the emergency brake stopped working. After they fixed it Gary said we did it anyways but shouldn’t have because it’s not under warranty. JL is not even 2 years old with less than 35k miles. How often does the emergency brake lever become loose and stopped working? Wear and tear hmm 🤔 Fast forward, wife inspected the Jeep upon checking out and wow looks like a kid ransack the middle console. Like scratches and gouges! So my wife brought this to Gary’s attention. He quickly said he will bring his interior trim guy. They brought the Jeep back in the shop then 30 minutes later my wife inspected the interior and looks like the interior guy just filled the middle console smh. Once again this was brought up to Gary and he replied, “It will never be perfect” and he said something about we always complain and find something to complain about. Laughable. We have only serviced our JL for free oil changes and tire rotations at Jones. I came a few days later to talk to Gary but apparently he wasn’t in that day. Absolute disgust to threat people like this. I’m sure if it was a man as a customer, Gary wouldn’t be talking to my wife that way. Manager, feel free to message me so we can talk.

CAR CONSUMERS BE AWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIPS'S SALES PRACTICES.
On 03/25/2021 I made an online inquiry about an in-transit 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT that appeared on their website with an MSRP of $85,020. I was almost immediately contacted by their sales representative Dawit Hagos. I explained to Dawit that there were two other SRTs at other dealers I had as purchase options (#1 MSRP $82,975 OTD @ $77,000; #2 MSRP $84,265 OTD $78,300). Both units remain publicly available online including the discount pricing. I advised Dawit I would be willing to pay the same price cash out the door ("OTD") comparably adjusted based on the MSRP. Dawit advised he would speak with his manager.
Dawit contacted me back within minutes offering a $82,500 purchase price to which I advised him that absent the comparable pricing I wasn't interested. I furthermore advised Dawit that I had an affiliate pricing voucher that would afford me a price of 1% under dealer invoice if that was of any benefit to the dealership fully realizing that the price I was seeking was below affiliate pricing requiring the dealership to utilize some of their holdback. Again, Dawit advised me that he would speak with his manager.
Dawit contacted me back again within minutes advising me that his manager had approved an $80,000 purchase price. I specifically asked Dawit if the $80,000 included all dealer fees to which he replied that it was all-inclusive of all dealer fees. I would be financially responsible for the Florida sales tax (where I live), the Florida tag/registration/title, and the transportation of the vehicle to Florida. Based upon Dawit's representation's I agreed to the $80,000 all in price. Dawit wanted to write up the deal at that time but considering it was almost 7pm I suggested we do the paperwork the next morning.
Dawit and I had a couple of email communications to detail the process and contact information.
On 03/26/2021 Dawit sent me a credit application to which I replied reminding him I was paying cash. I was then advised that because the vehicle was in transit they would/could not do any sales contract with me until the vehicle had been delivered to the dealership which was anticipated as possibly late April. This made me somewhat suspicious and concerned.
Acting upon my concerns/suspicions I emailed Dawit the details of our agreement in an effort to memorialize the details and avoid any potential conflicts. I can tell you I am glad I did act upon my concerns/suspicions.
Within minutes of that email I was contacted by a representative that identified themselves as the new car sales manager. This "manager" hostilely advised me in no uncertain terms that there was "no deal" nor any agreement that he would be willing to put into writing with me as the vehicle was only in-transit. He boldly stated that if he has a "local buyer" when the vehicle gets delivered to the dealership that "will pay more money for the vehicle" he "will sell it to them". I quickly replied that I wasn't interested in dealing with a dealership that would act in that fashion of business. The conversation quickly devolved into the "manager" referencing to me as "BRO". I quickly advised this "manager" I was not his "BRO" and he will not address me in that thug like fashion. He attempted to falsely accuse me of using a "curse word" to which he refused to identify what exactly was the "curse word". Regardless, I wasn't having any part of it with this obviously hostile individual that was in my opinion most unprofessional. I demanded to be transferred to the store's GM, Justin Reed.
In speaking with Justin, who was very polite, courteous and professional, I was advised that he couldn't imagine how Dawit gave me $80,000 in pricing as it would have to have been cleared by him and he had not done so. Justin advised me he would inquire and get back to me.
Justin contacted me within minutes. Justin advised me that Dawit was telling him that I was quoted $80,310 as the affiliate pricing and that I would need to pay additional dealer fees. Justin continued to suggest/infer that I had improperly failed to consider these additional fees to which I explained to Justin quite the contrary. I was very specific to make 100% certain the pricing was all-inclusive of all fees.
Based upon this entire situation I opted not to purchase the vehicle and advised Justin I would be providing this negative feedback on my experience with his dealership. I would highly recommend that unless this dealership is selling unicorns, and you really need that specific unicorn, find your unicorn at another Jeep dealership. This one simply doesn't meet acceptable professional standards in my humble opinion. They only bring shame and confirms the worst of car dealership behavior - again, this is in my most humble opinion.
