Best experience I’ve had at a dealership so far. Keyvan worked with my budget to find something I’d be happy with and even let me test a few of the cars that weren’t for sale yet including an amg that possibly needed some work. He went above and beyond and even worked with me to trouble shoot the issues and take steps to get it running perfectly and let me take multiple test drives. By far the most helpful person I’ve met at a dealership so far, also a great person, made the car buying experience fun. Even though I ended up buying a different car I 100% recommend talking to him, he’ll work with you to find what’s right and gave me a very fair deal if I had bought the car.

I would like to give a big Thank You to Denard Carey, Heather Sanders, and Maurice Mitchell. Your willingness to negotiate with me via phone and email was just wonderful. I have a 9 year old daughter who is high functioning autistic and ADHD and I have a 4 year old son who is, well, your typical 4 year old boy. The thought of dragging them to a dealership to go through the hours of negotiating, test driving, and paperwork made me very nervous. You were willing to get as much done as possible done without us having to be in the dealership. This really helped reduce our anxiety about buying a car. This was the quickest and smoothest car sale I have ever done and no added sales pressure. The kids play room was a nice surprise too. I received a great car at a great price! Keep up the great work!

My son and I drove a total of 650 miles to purchase a jeep from Thompson Jeep last week. They had a particular year wrangler I had been looking for in fantastic shape. Excellent people to work with. I spoke with "Jay the jeep man" several times by phone prior to the day we left to pick it up. Jay could not have been more accommodating. When we arrived to pick up the jeep, everyone was great. I think they went above and beyond what I would have expected from any dealership. By the way, Ed, the written directions you gave me to miss all the traffic to get headed towards upstate New York were right on the money. Thanks a million!! I would most certainly suggest to anyone in the market for a vehicle to consider Thompson Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. Next time I'm in the market, I know I will. It will be worth the drive!!

I found a car at this dealership through the Car Gurus website. I live 3.5-4 hours south of Silver Spring, MD so I was right at my limit as far as distance I’d be willing to travel for a vehicle. When I called, I spoke to Jonathan Njoku in the sales department. He was very prompt with answering my questions and talking to his manager about pricing for me. I know most dealerships don’t like to talk price over the phone but they were willing to do so for me (not sure if that’s normal for them or if they made an exception for me because of my distance.) They did refuse to accept a deposit for the vehicle which I find annoying, but I can understand why. However, to offset not being able to put a deposit down, Jonathan told me to call him when I was planning on coming up and he would hold the vehicle for me. I’m glad he did because he said someone came and asked to buy it while I was driving up to buy it. I called Jonathan when I was a few minutes away from their showroom (the trip actually took 5 hours) and by the time I arrived he had the car warmed up for me and running so I could test drive it. Everything was as I expected from the photos online and from talking to Jonathan over the phone. He expedited the buying process as much as he was able to in order to get me back on the road headed home. He had even filled the gas tank for me so it would be one less stop on my way. The next day he called to make sure I made it home ok and that I still liked the car. There isn’t much I would have changed about this buying process from Jonathan at Darcars. I would certainly consider buying from them again (only thing that would hold me back is the distance I live from them.)

Repairs are fully explained and fairly-priced. Anyone complaining here about repairs not being done right the first time--occasionally that happens (with any dealership or shop), but Keene will do everything in their power to minimize the inconvenience, including loaner vehicles. We are more than pleased with the Service Department at Keene.

On June 22 I was traveling from NJ to SC when my Jeep broke down just off Interstate 95. I had my Roadside Assistance tow the vehicle to the nearest Jeep dealership which turned out to be Fred Frederick in Laurel. Even though they were busy, Joe Lavin went out of his way to have the problem diagnosed, overnight the part and install it the next day. He made sure I had a place to stay and kept my Jeep, with all my travel gear in it, in the service bay for safe keeping. I was on the road the next afternoon and have not have any mechanical problems since.

Looking for a Tradesman in NJ I had no luck. I was in a trade that was impossible to trade except for when I spoke with Carl Granville there. They worked with me for close to 1 month , keeping me in mind for something that can be done. After 1 visit to the dealership meeting Kim the Finance person and working with the management team they made it happen.
I got a kool truck with no hassles or games. Good people that never mislead me during this venture.

My daughter purchased her first car on her own from the Used Car Sales at Tate. The entire experience was awful. From cars that wouldn't start, to sales staff who were clueless to the entire process. She had a broken touchscreen in the Jeep she purchased - Wetzel told her one to two day repair so we went on with the purchase (he also told her they'd give her a loaner car). We took the Jeep in for replacement and to date, its been there 3 weeks! And they tried to bill her for the loaner car. Wetzel won't return calls, Paul said there is nothing he can do "What do you want me to do?". So, she's losing her used car warranty as we speak because its been sitting in the shop. We wouldn't have taken possession of the vehicle had we known. Paul told me its because she declined to purchase the extended warranty? Really? So, we'd be treated better had we purchased that? Just a nightmare!!! Calling the GM of the NEW CAR SALES, see if I can get anywhere.

I've bought over 15 cars in my life time, this by far was the best experience i have ever had with any dealership. Everyone from Rodney Mattison (Internet Sales Rep) to John Barbo (Sales Rep) were immaculate and professional and made my wife and i feel like family. Anytime the owner walks over to introduce himself, that speaks volumes about the company. I have yet to encounter another dealership that seems to put customers above making a dollar.

I got the deal I could handle, but it went down hill from there !!!! I was the first sale of the day, but it took an hour and 15 minutes to get into settlement. Settlement was very professionally done--thanks Jackie. My salesman did the best he could do. At delivery, they ran my truck through a local car wash, left all the stickers on the windows, some writing on the window was still visible, and the floor mats were still in the bag on the floor in the back. They could not find the second key and said they would order one. Five days later they had not ordered it!! Guess what? I went over to parts myself and John, the Parts Manager, said they had them in stock. He then cut me a key (good man). My new truck had a vibration at speeds between 55/65 mph. The Sales Manager told me to drive the truck for 1200 miles and that it should work its self out. xxx !!!!! Sorry Jim, worst experience I ever had, and it's not over yet. Mike D'A, Princess Anne
