The only thing that I want to point out is, after my car was serviced and I was given my keys back; the service technician left the plastic seat and steering cover. It should have been disposed off as soon as he parked the vehicle.
Buyers Beware - SRT machin
Buyers Beware! These people will do anything to sell you a car. After you step out of the door or fill out the customer service survey, you are on your own! They will not help you and they will block your number! We had to call the Jeep customer service for an issue that arose with our Jeep (brand new) as the dealer refused to help with the issue. Jeep called the dealer manager and he agreed on a one-time courtesy exception and the dealer called us with an appointment. We showed up to the appointment and no one in the service department knew about the issue (and of course, the manager wasn't there either. Even though there was an agreement to fix the issue (between corporate and the dealer) to fix the wheel, they refused to fix it and said they knew nothing about it. We asked for an explanation as they were the ones who called us with the appointment date and time, but no one there seemed to know or to care about it.

Brought my truck in for 3 separate issues. The gentleman at the service desk had a counterpoint for each issue I described and was very argumentative, telling me that I was wrong and trying to belittle me with every thing he said. Told me I would get a call back that day and I didn’t get a call until the next day. Cost $200 for them to tell me EXACTLY I HAD TOLD THEM WAS THE PROBLEM and that parts were on back order and they couldn’t fix anything until an unspecified time in the future. So basically, waste of 2 days and $200 in labor which fixed nothing. Never coming back. Arguing with a customer is never a good policy. Let me describe my problem and then let the mechanic disagree after looking into it. Don’t tell me I’m wrong to try to make me feel dumb and then call me the next day and tell me I’m right. Ruined credibility.

I have a 2019 Ram 1500, and I have had my oil changed twice here and tires rotated once. Setting up a schedule online is so convenient, and they call you to confirm the appointment.
The Service staff is very friendly and professional. Both times I have had my vehicle serviced, I was in by 7:30AM and out about 45 minutes later. The price for oil changes and tire rotation is very reasonable.
In my opinion, this service department is the gold standard, and I will continue to come here for all of my maintenance needs, and I will definitely recommend Adams to all of my Mopar friends.

BEWARE GET A CARFAX FOR THE CAR YOU BUY EVEN IF ITS NEW. If I could give them a minus 5 Stars I would. On March 31 2020 I purchased what I thought was a new 2019 jeep grand limited that had 48 miles. My husband got to the dealership while they were cleaning the car. My husband as several questions on items that he thought were unusual on a new car. Dust in the inside which the sales rep Frank started it was probably from wax when they cleaned it. Also some little scratches where Frank also dismissed by saying you could buff that out. I felt he was honest. Well that was my big mistake. It wasnt till we got it home that my husband said something here is fishy and decided to run a carfax and we found out the jeep had been in an accident. I was just devastated, I couldn't believe it. That information was never disclosed to us. NEVER and I was there for several hours. Well needless to say we went back got our money back and went to koons in tysons corner who were wonderful to work with. I want to warn all of you. If you want a car from this place RUN A CARFAX even if it's new. I have also reported them to darcars corporation. Just do sad that they could try to get away with something like this.
