Overall great experience with Colonial. Went in for oil & airbag recall and Phil asked if anything else was an issue. I had to have the back seat latch serviced post purchase and it didn't seem right. They addressed it no questions asked as well as provided a video as to how it functions. From the time I walked in the door until I drove off the lot things could not have gone smoother. I had many questions as to whether I should lease again or keep what I had and go with a loan. Between Bill, Cody and Richie their answers resulted in me leasing another Ford Escape. This is my 3rd one, all from Marcotte. I can't thank them enough for making the experience so pleasant. I will never buy another vehicle anywhere else! My husband grew up in the area and he and his family have always purchased their cars from Lamoureaux. Being from RI and having bought my cars from other larger dealerships I was skeptical to say the least. The second I stepped into the doors, however, right off the bat I could feel the difference. Being smaller and family owned they truly take their time and answer any and all questions that we had! Jordan was our salesman and for only having been there a short time he was extremely knowledgeable. Everyone that we dealt with through the entire process made us feel extremely comfortable and treated us like family. We will never go anywhere else!

I bought a f150 5 liter 8. Brand new. Engine uses oil first consumption test i asked for they did not do next time i checked oil level it was noticeably down. They said it was less than a quart between oil changes. They did some stuff that has nothing to do with oil consumption. Said it was was in spec according to ford. I will not buy another ford an definatley not from them. I have not be back in fact i am looking to replace with a chevy
