First time that I have ever been in a car dealership that had a true family atmosphere. An absolute pleasure dealing with professionals who worked to give me the best. This dealership is the only reason I now drive a Chevy.

I had a great experience in purchasing my 2026 Chevrolet Silverado. After being in the car business for nearly a decade, and working most recently at a competitor, I went to Mohawk hoping for a hassle free experience. I got everything I was hoping for and more. I did the transaction virtually due to my schedule and they worked with me from the very beginning. When I went to pick up the truck I was blown away by how beautiful their dealership was as I never went in prior only passed by. Danielle, the sales manager, truly went above and beyond for me and I’m so thankful for her willingness to work with me. Anthony Lokie, the sales person was informative, honest, and extremely helpful. Dan Louer my business manager made signing extremely pleasant and easy. I never once felt like I was getting taken advantage of. I never felt like I was being sold. I felt comfortable and I felt like they were upfront and honest start to finish. I really appreciate Mohawk Chevrolet for the experience they provided me. Thank you for making this process incredibly easy. I LOVE my new truck.

Came in for service at this dealership and had a great experience from walking in until I left. Between the advisors, all 3 of which I have worked with, are caring and hard working. It’s rare it’s not busy in there when you walk in, but I am addressed quickly and efficiently each visit. I am always explained recommended repairs thoroughly, even having been brought into the shop with a mechanic to look at my vehicle together so they knew I understand what they were recommending and why. I’ve visited other dealerships in the past, but no other manager has shown me the compassion that Andy has either when it came to needing a difficult repair. The service department works with you and is never pushy. I will continue to come back to this dealership for all my service needs, and maybe for a new vehicle when I’m in the market to buy again as well.

Additionally, the finance team went above and beyond to get my approval which was very challenging. However, this team as a whole got it done and me out the door.

I absolutely love my new 2026 Chevy Equinox. She not only got me in the car I wanted but also in a cheaper monthly payment than my last car. I can’t say enough about Lacey. She was also training a wonderful new gal Opal who was equally as wonderful. You’re very lucky to have such amazing ladies working for you at Romeo Chevrolet. Having to buy a vehicle shouldn't be a pain in the rear. I went to a few dealerships looking at trucks. I got bad service at other chevy dealerships. I remembered we bought my wife's equinox at curry chevy of scarsdale, so i decided to go there. Glad I did. Not only did they work with me to get me the best deal around, they were nice as can be from the salesman to the finance guy. I would recommend them 10/10 all the time if your looking for a chevy.

I'm not sure why people leave bad reviews here, so far me and my family have purchased or leased 6 cars from Chevrolet 112 and we never had any bad experience here. Like any other dealership there are better or worse sales people but if you want a great buying experience then ask for Kevin (usually sitting right next to front door on the right side) and also sales manager Bob. Both Kevin and Bob are amazing and always ready to help with anything you possibly need before, during AND after your purchase or lease. They will also make sure you have a great deal and leave the dealership with smile on your face (in your new fancy ride of course). On my last few visits I've noticed they also have a really nice selecrion of EV cars and those deals they had at the end of government rebate period are now extended for one more month (this time covered by GM I think). Most important value for me personally is when sales people are not pushy, not insisting on my phone number, personal information BEFORE they tell me anything about car I'm interested in. For that reason I've turned my back immediately to many bad dealerships Long Island has (unfortunately). Chevrolet 112 is not one of them and that's why I will keep coming back!
