They were great with scheduling when to drop it off and quick to let me know what the issue was and ordered the parts, told me when to drop it off for repair and had it fixed in a short period of time just like they said they would. I got a couple of other things that need fixed that they pointed out and will be scheduling to have it taken care of. I couldn't be happier

Initially I was a little upset. I was told the car may not be ready until the next day. It was for a flat tire. I am the primary care taker for my 94 year old parents. The lack of transportation for me is a big deal. My service advisor, Stone listened to my concerns and was able to get my car repaired by end of the day.

Joseph Buick Service is great, called at last minute and they were able to fit me it. I waited for my car while they changed my oil and rotated my tires. Was quick and everyone was very pleasant and kept me up to date. Check out was easy, even offered me cookies! Waiting room is large, clean and they have coffee and water available. Will be back
