I came to this dealership with no intention of buying from them. I was invited to test drive a Jeep I liked with absolutely no pressure from the staff. Then when I decided I liked what I saw, the finance people were very straightforward and told me interest rate up front at my best rate. I was very impressed. My nephew, who doesn’t have the best credit, was also in the market. They worked with him to find a way for him to fianance and helped him through the process to fix his credit. Worst car buying experience ever - Liars/Cheats - Unhappy Customer
On 2/5/2018 below zero temperatures the wife and I went to Bob Howard CJDR to purchase a basic Jeep with one required option, air conditioning. I read over the window sticker and didn't see air listed. The salesman lied to me and said air was included in the 23B package which was listed on the sticker. I thought nothing more of it. While test driving the vehicle my wife turns to salesman and said it has air conditioning right. He affirmed it again. He is a liar and his name is Kenyad Blair. We purchased the vehicle and didn't need to use the air until the temperature reached 80 degrees. This is when we realized that we had been lied to. I called Kenyad Blair and reminded him that the only option I required was air and told him to talk to his supervisor about making it right - he didn't sell us the vehicle we wanted. We go into the dealership to speak with someone about getting a vehicle with air. Enter an arrogant, rude, and sorry excuse for a general manager (if that is his title), by the name of Jeremy Bird. He starts off telling us that Kenyad has no recollection of any discussion about air conditioning. This really upset us for management to believe the liar over the wife and I. He also was offering us $4,000 less for a vehicle which had less than 500 miles and was still new. We agreed to look a a more expensive model but every offer they made was us paying $4,000 more. We left very dissapointed that the dealership is so concerned with screwing over its customers and care less about customer satisfaction. DO NOT BUY from these people, no scruples, integrity, or pride. Do not recommend Bob Howard CJDR.

As a whole, the team, the entire partnership of the members of Jacksons of Enid, is top notch! We run a nonprofit helping seniors to live independently. However, when your own mode of transportation becomes immobile, lots of necessary errands and vital, critical rides are not provided to our most vulnerable. IN STEPS JACKSONS of Enid. For 2 months, our van had been down. On a Tuesday, Casey Jackson inquires about it, and on Wednesday it is FIXED. Thank you! Now, we can continue to provide 400 rides a month to our seniors!!! Thank you is not adequate, because the compassion and the innate way they care about their community is immeasurable. 5 stars is all we can give them, but they are so much more. Truly, we are thankful and our community is better because they are here!

I wish you would. They must have a heck of a turnover because I spoke with 2 sales people and 1 manager and none of them have their names on your list of employees.
I spoke with Jackie first who said she was going to send me pictures of the vehicle and ended up sending pictures of another vehicle about $5000 more expensive.
Then I got a call from John Shackelford who kept telling the the website I got my prices on was not working then tried to explain how the new website shows an additional discount. Even his new website was wrong.
Then finally I got a condescending voicemail from Justin Hammond who said he was a manager and I needed "help navigating the website". What I needed was for them to sell me the truck ads the advertised price on their website and not add thousands of dollars more.
I hardly ever write something like this but trying to buy from this dealer was a colossal waste of my time.

Come to find out, the dealership had the truck for a while and used it for driving. When you fill the tank up the filter had been ruined it's a known fault on these trucks and this one was completely wrecked. The fix is about 1100 or more dollars and the dealership did not want to touch it. Finally they decided to help him with the cost but then backed out at the last minute when they found out how much it would cost them. They did the bait and switch on him and won't even correct the issue with the truck. He treated them a perfectly fine vehicle for one that has scratches on it, way more miles, and broken parts... Overall, I think they got the upper hand as they always do. This dealership is not honest. If you read this review and use them anyways it's because you don't care about your money and that would be your decision to make. My advice as a regular guy is to go to a private seller and pick up the vehicle you want used. The chances of it breaking down are the same as a car lot vehicle. The only difference would be, the dealership is going to over charge you to fix it when it was their problem to begin with. It does not cost much to find a good honest mechanic in your area and have him work on any issues that your car has. We pay cash for all of our vehicles and do the maintenance as we go. If you spend about 5 or $6,000 you can get a good used vehicle and it's affordable. You don't need a brand new $60,000 car that just going to break down like the rest of them. Don't let these dealerships rip you off they have gone too far they're almost as bad as the government... Shame on you dodge of Ardmore Oklahoma

Found a 03 chevy silverado on line at kyle edwards auto dealership. After speaking with a sales person, Shonte who was very friendly and knowledgeable, I proceeded with purchasing the truck. I live in Kansas and the dealership is in oklahoma and they delivered it to me at no extra cost. Not many dealers out there that would do that. When I got the truck there were a couple of issues that I relayed to the manager and they were willing to help with the cost. Great group of people willing to go that extra mile to make the customer happy. Would highly recommend this dealership to friends and family.

Arrived at the service department as soon as they opened (7a.m.) for the express lane oil change. Nothing express about it. Took an hour and a half for an oil change. That is only because I asked they pull my truck down so I could leave, and then miraculously my truck was done in 15 minutes. They had about 12 bays (some still empty) and I was the 6th or so car.... Should not have taken that long. It is either false advertising or poor management, either way something needs to be fixed. I will not go back. On a positive note my service advisor was friendly and professional.

I was recently thinking of trading my car for another one, but was told by three dealers that they are showing my car had been wrecked. This was never disclosed to me and I haven't been able to get any help. I'm hoping someone will respond before making an official complaint.

I guess this dealership does not like to sale cars etc. They never call you back. They advertise they can get anybody financed, but I guess they do not want to take the time to try. You do know not everyone has the greatest credit , life sometimes deals you blows you do not have control over. I know you do not care but at least call people back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PS would not recommend your dealership to a dog on the street, oops dogs don't drive, but if they did they could not buy a car from you.

I bought a Pacifica for my wife and the sales manager, Marcus made us a few verbal promises. Unfortunately he/the dealership will NOT keep their word and honor their promises. Very disappointing because up until this point my opinion of them was great but not any more. Its too bad that they have lost us as customers over something that probably costs them less than $150... But if you cannot keep your word, why would I want to do business with you ever again and why would I do anything besides warn others to stay away?
