I bought a 2016 Jeep Rubicon hard rock from another dealership in Oklahoma this past May. This dealership where I got it, never mentioned the multiple things wrong with it. I inherited many faulty problems with the engine and fuel system that I was unaware of. I took it to Melton for multiple repairs and worked with John in the service department. Best choice I ever made taking it there.
John was just excellent to work with, very knowledgeable and responsive to all my questions. Today I picked it up and runs like brand new. I couldn’t be happier. I deeply thank John for being honest and his patience plus expertise in explaining all the parts, work and time it was going to take to get everything right. I tell you, I’m bonded to Melton service and the staff couldn’t be more helpful and friendly. Melton service is the only place we will go now to service our vehicles. I highly recommend Melton service, they are A+ top notch period. I’d say take your vehicle there even if you live far away from Claremore......I know everyone would agree wi this post. I came to this dealership with no intention of buying from them. I was invited to test drive a Jeep I liked with absolutely no pressure from the staff. Then when I decided I liked what I saw, the finance people were very straightforward and told me interest rate up front at my best rate. I was very impressed. My nephew, who doesn’t have the best credit, was also in the market. They worked with him to find a way for him to fianance and helped him through the process to fix his credit. The contact I had with the parts Dept. Needs an attitude adjustment. While returning a part for the second trip from Wewoka. I was treated as if it was an insult to return this part and seemed like it was made more complicated by the attitude. Don't know his name but was the older heavy set gentlemen with thinking blondish hair. The only reason I didn't get really upset was because of Ricky in service. He was very concerned and comforting and offered his apologies. I appreciated that respect.

Rik was very respectful of our time and our needs. We found a car we liked on TrueCar and Rik got back to us within a day. He had the Hyundai Sante Fe we were interested in pulled up and ready to go when we got there. We looked at the car, he walked us through the features, we test drove it,and had some more good discussions about that SUV versus some other similar vehicles. We thought we might go check out another model ( at a different dealer) to test drive before making a final decision, and Rik got us a nice print out of the price, dealer fees, his card, and carfax report to look over with no pressure or hurry to even buy the car that day. After a stressful experience earlier that day with another dealer who kept trying to strong arm us into buying a car we really appreciated that and how upfront he was with all of our questions on the remaining factory warranty. His knowledge and professionalism totally won us over and we decided we wanted to buy that car right then and there and not bother looking elsewhere to do business. No weird head games, no crazy negotiations, just here is the price, here is the TTL, and our available USAA discount. Simple, easy to understand. Richie over in finance was also amazing, we really loved being able to see all the additional warranties and services on that giant iPad where we could clearly see the costs, loan terms, options/details, and ask questions about all the services. Our 14 year old was in the office with us and even she was impressed that she could understand the conversation and what we were getting with the car. I feel the pricing was transparent, we were getting a great deal, and Richie was even able to find a loan with a better interest rate than the pre-approved offers we had in advance. Night and day difference between South Pointe CJDR and that other dealer! We will be back in the future when its time to replace our other vehicle or purchase a car for our kids. That was by far the smoothest car buying experience we've ever had.

The only thing i can recommend about this dealership is the salesperson, Joaquin. He was extraordinary. I came in pre-approved so it didn't take long for me to find what i wanted and get to the financial department. When i was asked if i wanted an extended warranty i specifically stated no. I have never bought one before and never will in the future. So after signing papers i looked at the contract and what did i find? $2500.00 had been added for an extended warranty. The financial officer wanted to argue with me and try to tell me i was lying when i said i didn't ask for it. This experience will be shared with all my internet friends in warning of this dealership.

Found a 03 chevy silverado on line at kyle edwards auto dealership. After speaking with a sales person, Shonte who was very friendly and knowledgeable, I proceeded with purchasing the truck. I live in Kansas and the dealership is in oklahoma and they delivered it to me at no extra cost. Not many dealers out there that would do that. When I got the truck there were a couple of issues that I relayed to the manager and they were willing to help with the cost. Great group of people willing to go that extra mile to make the customer happy. Would highly recommend this dealership to friends and family.

Responded to ad on Car Guru this morning! I talked to two people who told me the car advertised that we were looking for was on the lot and had not been sold. We immediately drove 100 miles to see the vehicle. Upon arrival, we were immediately told by a Sales Rep that the car was sold yesterday. Some nit wit thinks this helps business! I do not trust them. Would not buy from them, Noticed ad is still on Car Guru! Buyer Beware!

Arrived at the service department as soon as they opened (7a.m.) for the express lane oil change. Nothing express about it. Took an hour and a half for an oil change. That is only because I asked they pull my truck down so I could leave, and then miraculously my truck was done in 15 minutes. They had about 12 bays (some still empty) and I was the 6th or so car.... Should not have taken that long. It is either false advertising or poor management, either way something needs to be fixed. I will not go back. On a positive note my service advisor was friendly and professional.

In February of this year my family and I were in the market for a vehicle following an accident that totaled our family van. After researching numerous dealers we decided on Seth Wadley due to some recommendations and looking at the seth wadley promise. At first we had no issues, we started the papers with Kaley, and specifically stated that we wanted the extended warranty which would bring our bumper to bumper out to 100k miles. A week after signing we were told that they were able to get a better payment for us and would need to resign the papers. Our salesperson was kind enough to bring the papers to our house as to not load all the kids up and inconvenience us. One day as I was filing papers away I took the time to review and could not find where the extended warranty was located. Last month I contacted Kaley and asked if in fact we did have it and she stated yes,that she saw it in her copies...she was nice enough to say she would have accounting send me a copy so that I could see where. One month later still nothing. After numerous messages for someone, anyone to help with this issue I have filled a BBB complaint. Do not waste your time with this dealer, you would have better luck with a small no name dealership...talk about a wolf in sheep's clothing.

We had to wait on the finance guy, which always happens at a dealership, but everything was perfect. I could not have been happier with this experience. Do not buy an oil service contract from this dealership. They do not honor it. They stole $210.00 from me saying my contract was expired. Problem is they did not tell me there was an expiration date on the prepaid oil changes. They do not care about their customers.

Get everything agreed-upon in writingWent to look at a truck they had on there website and when I got there I looked at it and decided not to get it. The sells man took me to another truck, it was about $25,000 more. I told him I can’t afford it right now. If I do get that truck it would have to be in about 3 months from now because I will ave a few things paid off and would be able to afford it. So he suggested 90 days with no payments. I said if you can do that I would get the truck. I signed all the paperwork and the next month I have a letter from the bank saying my truck payment is due December 24. I call the dealership and I tell the sales manager there must be some confusion. I had 90 days no payments and he tells me there is no confusion that I signed the papers and the bank has set the check for the truck it is your truck and there is nothing he can do about it!

Ive had it only one month and its been in service dept at chickasha 3 going 4 time tmrw. The employees are inexperinced and the so called new service manager informed me maybe i should take it to duncan! The only decent one there is woman at service desk who pushed thru for me to get a loaner truck so i could keep working for when i come back in cause they will need it for awhile and cant figure out whats wrong. In past have stuck me in a chrystler 200!! Really bought the truck for stupid amount to make living not try to stick welder in truck of a car. I thank her. And for the salesman he informed me he would find me another truck to replace this lemon then came back and started saying the loan on a new truck would have to go under my dad instead. Tho i already had a loan on this new 2018 ram. He is not very smart and i would never recomend chickasha byford to anyone!! Prob gonna turn to filing it lemon thru the lemon law it looks like.
