Bianci finally figured out what the noise with the brakes was all about after 1 1/2 years though. We took vehicle in as we thought master brake cylinder. They couldn’t find anything wrong with brakes. It wasn’t till we picked up and hubby complained about noise that they looked at it again. Thank goodness. No noise at least for now. He is certainly an asset In my experience, it is relatively difficult to find a car service and dealership that consistently treats their customers first. I have found that to be true at Lehigh Valley Honda. I bought my Honda CRV there and it has been well maintained by them ever since (I am at 130K) The service managers, techs, and entire staff are professional, knowledgeable and go the extra mile to keep my car in top shape. They are so good that for the past decade, my wife’s Audi is serviced at LV Honda exclusively.

-He asked me to roll my window down and call someone walking by "gay"
-He insulted my weight and politics
-I had an hour and a half drive so I called ahead to let them know I was coming to look at a specific vehicle and let Rudy know I had an hour and a half drive. He called me an hour and 20 minutes late to say that the vehicle was sold several days before.
-He informed me I could not purchase a manual transmission Civic in my deal range. So I went to Valley Honda in Monroeville and received amazing service, respect, and a deal ON A MANUAL HONDA THAT CAME IN WELL BELOW MY DEAL REQUIREMENTS.

Service department is terrible unprofessional kept car for 4 days car is still the same .When we bought 2 cars from them they don't keep there word .We were promised a loaner never got one. Techs don't know what they're talking about or doing same with Service advisors THEY ARE SCAMERS. The car is under warranty and we are having trouble with it ,they make more When warranty runs out. The car wasn't even looked at until Thursday and brought car in on Monday. Plus the loaner was given to another person and every day the said we will have one in the morning, they are dealership short loaners ,they have pre owns sitting in parking lot. Well they told us the car was low on oil and that's why it's bucking. But we weren't bringing the car in for the engine it was for the transmission that is cvt transmission. So a week wasted and got no where ,drove car home not even a mile and the car bucked. They claim they drove it around and nothing happened and I am A woman that was raised around cars all my life ,so they guess ok with answer. Also left messages for Ray Price to call me back got no response told me he has no office in any of his showrooms.

Seeing as this was my first experience purchasing from a dealership, my sales associates, Rob Slepski and Bob Spencer, were friendly, kind, attentive to my requirements and requests and thorough in explaining my options. Although I was in search of a Honda, I purchased a 2016 Ford Escape after discussing what was available in regard to my preferences and needs out of my vehicle. My post-purchase experiences have been nothing short of helpful and they are punctual in returning calls/emails to answer any questions I've had. I am thankful that they made my experience graceful and one of great standards, I intend to return for my dream Honda in the future!

When we purchased our 1st Honda from Antrim Way Honda, Tammy made it one of the best car buying experiences we ever had. We were so happy with the experience, we returned 4 months later and purchased a 2021 Honda Ridgeline. Without a doubt, a 5 star experience.
Before we could make our 1st payment on the Ridgeline, we returned to have some accessories installed and had our overall experience shattered by the rude and unprofessional behavior of Brad the service scheduler. He spoke with a condescending tone and verbally brushed me off when I questioned him on when my vehicle would be started (I had an 8am appointment and at 8:30 my vehicle had still not been started when all others had) When we brought the problem to the service manager, his response was to falsely accuse me of using profanity at his employees, instead of investigating it himself by checking cameras and talking with other customers in the area, nothing was resolved. The owner stated that this had never happened before, which based on the reviews in cars.com and yelp, this behavior from Chad/Brad was quite common. The owner then offered that the manager was a 40 year employee, which told me that my complaint was falling on deaf ears. No one offered an apology, which was the only restitution we were looking for. Antrim Way Honda has a history of treating women poorly by the service department, an integral part of the buying experience. The part that establishes the long term relationship between dealer and buyer. Had I of known, I would have taken my business elsewhere.
