We walked in unsure if we really wanted a new CR-V. Usually that is a flag to a sales person to put on the hard sell. Especially later in the day. Chris took his time to show us the CR-V's features and options. Found one on the lot that was what we'd be interested in and then we took it out on the road. No pressure. Almost felt like one of your friends showing you his new car. After some fair negotiating we were able to come to a price that we were comfortable with. I like to wheel and deal their sticker price wasn't bad and they started out below it, but I like to get more for my money and they were able to work with me. If you don't like to do that then you can still get a less than sticker price from them.

Once i made the decision that i was switching brands I researched the heck out of SUVs and it took me an entire year! to think about such a major purchase of a new car but Consumer Reports, US News.com, Edmunds.com and high praise from my Friends made choosing a Honda CRV at the top of my list.
Next was to find a dealership and sales person to help me which was based on recommendations from friends. I could of gone anywhere, but I chose Fairfield Honda in Muncy, PA and sales person Timothy Tyler. That decision proved perfect for how relaxed & welcome I was made to feel at the dealership and Tim Tylers many hours spent in educating & showing me what a Honda CRV is about, plus allowing me to test drive a new Honda CRV! (Man i was nervous but Tim was great to alleviate my nerves) ...let alone what today's new cars offer in technology! Trust me, his graciousness & patience, & knowledge...and even setting the channels for Sirius and setting up my phone to the car has me very Thankful indeed.
I was also very color specific. My new Honda CRV had to have a black exterior and black interior and such a CRV wasn't on the lot. It was within just a couple days that Tim called to tell me my car was on it's way to Fairfield Honda and my ownership of it.
So on March 9th, 2018 I absolutely fell in love and bought my new 2018 Honda CRV! She's a beaut!
I also would like to give a high personal recommendation of Kory Eck who greeted me at the door to the dealership with a smile, pleasant personality and very gentlemanly manner had opened the door for me. Had i already not of been seeking Tim Tyler I most definitely would of purchased my new Honda CRV from Kory.

Faulkner provided an amazing experience for me in my purchase of a new 2018 Honda CRV. Carl and Dino negotiated with me to get the deal that I wanted that other dealers would not and the extra accessories that I wanted as well. I actually left another dealer to come to Faulkner because of salespeople and management with attitude and when I arrived at Faulkner I was provided excellent customer service and felt very welcome by the salespeople and management! As soon as I entered Eddie greeted us with a smile and gathered all the information about the car which we were looking for, He made sure he pulled the car which I had seen online and went over every detail about the car.
I had a better deal with another dealer so I called Eddie to check if they will honor the price. Even though Eddie was not working that day, he made sure he check with his manager and get back to me with the best deal.

2018 Honda CR-V EX - E.T.
I went to J L Freed on 3-15-18 to purchase the car and after doing the paperwork I left the dealer at around 2:00 p.m. and by 6:30 p.m. my brand new car had to be towed back to the dealership due to a malfunction that caused the transmission to malfunction. This morning my salesperson Mr. Pat Colucci called me at 9:00 am. to tell me that a module had failed and he suggested that I choose a different CR-V so that I would feel comfortable and that the management agreed. They were able to get another CR-V same color with the accessories that I wanted and it was all done today by 4:50 p.m.
They were even able to give me a additional free oil change and a bit of a additional discount on my accessories because of my inconvenience. The entire management staff was very nice considering the situation and the service staff were very understanding and in the end they made sure that I was satisfied. I usually do not write reviews but this is one that I am happy to write.

Started the process through en email with Steve Kriss who was my recommended sales adviser. Was upfront about my trade and they gave me a rough estimate of my trade in sight unseen. Steve came in on his day off on a Saturday to meet with me and take me on a test drive. After the test drive they offered more money than they initially did on the first trade offer. Checked the financing offers and they came in at 3.49 APR, but Dino Tessari took the additional step of contacting the bank directly and got my rate to 3.29. The buying process was fast and painless, the no haggle pricing was excellent and the price they had listed on the sticker was at least a $1000 less than any other dealership was offering on the same model of vehicle. Great to deal with and will most certainly do business with them again! Thank you Thomas Team Honda!

I book a car 1 year back took the $500 deposit and they promised me to get the car in 3 days. I waited for 3 months and I din't hear anything from them. I was calling them and no one is responding. Philip is the manager. When I call to the front desk every time they are saying manager didn't came to office. Worst service I ever had.

I love the car I bought- a 2016 Civic LX, and it's fantastic. The service at the dealership turned into quite an issue though. The vehicle itself was a "loaner" car, ie it was loaned out to customers of the dealership while their own vehicle was being worked on. I scheduled my appointment on Thursday to test drive the car on Saturday, and was coming in from over an hour away. Upon getting to New Castle, I received a call that there had been a mix up and that the vehicle was in fact NOT at the lot and was being brought back to the dealership, so we'd have a 2 hour wait. Not a huge deal. However, upon test driving the car, I found out it actually had twice the mileage on it than was quoted on the online listing. Again, not too big of a deal, if disappointing.
After deciding I wanted the car, it then took several hours just to sign paperwork. I understand that being short staffed happens sometimes, but we arrived at 11:30 AM and did not get to leave until after 3pm, due to long wait times for someone to get back to us with numbers, and to get the paperwork figured out, and to actually sign it all. My fiance and I had to cancel plans with friends because we didn't count on being at the dealership for 5 hours later than need be.
In addition to this, as I had a trade in of my own, the new car was being brought to me on Monday. After agreeing upon a time with the dealership, the car was to be dropped off at my home by noon. It did not arrive until after 2pm. Upon calling the salesperson several times to find out what was going on, I was told, "Sorry, but I hope you didn't have plans." Actually, I DID have plans, which again I had to cancel due to this dealership having a poor sense of valuing their customer's time.
Long story short- great car, love it, I wouldn't go back to this dealership, and I don't think I would recommend it. The staff is friendly and they had a nice selection of vehicles, but if I was buying a car again I'd stick to somewhere that wouldn't jerk me around so much.

Made sure to go over all the details with me, have followed up multiple times to make sure all my needs have been met. So I live in Cranberry and was looking to lease 2017 Civic Sedan EX and was getting pricing from all the nearby Honda dealerships. When I contacted Honda North I was asked whether I had figures from other dealerships to which I said YES and provided the figures to them. They matched the price, which was expected. However, the residual price that they quoted was $11627 whereas rest of the dealerships had it $12108. My nearest dealership, Baierl, told me that its not possible for Honda North to have the residual price this much low and suspected something is wrong and warned me about it. I asked the Honda North salesperson, Katie Williams, to go back and double check the figures to which she confirmed it to be 11627. So I decided to buy from Honda North. On Saturday I reached dealership to complete the deal they asked my certain documents which I didn't had at that time because I was never asked to bring in and so eventually I couldn't get the car even after going for a 45 minutes far dealership. I provided the documents and they called me on Monday to pick up the car. While signing the documents I was shown the monthly payments of $230 and asked me to sign all the documents. After signing all the documents I asked where is the residual price mentioned in the documents and to my surprise they showed me as $12108. I felt cheated and so called the salesperson and she smiled sheepishly and said the freight charges were not included in her quote. I asked her why didn't she told me earlier to which she didn't had any answer. I asked her if your figures were same as that of my nearby dealership why would you provided me wrong figures to make me buy from you? She said - "because we love when you buy from us". On top of this, the finance guys said that we offer free state inspection which other dealerships doesn't offer. He probably doesn't know that all the nearby dealerships provide free lifetime state inspection. They didn't seem to be wary of that fact that they just cheated me. They even warmed me about using the term "cheating" and "luring" for them because they don't think they cheated and lured me. The reasoning they have is that they were not aware of it. I told them about providing this feedback to everyone but they didn't care.
Based on the above, I have following conclusions about this dealership:
1) The dealership doesn't have knowledgeable salesperson who has good knowledge of documents required to finalize the deal.
2) The dealership provide false information to lure customers to buy from them.
3) The dealership doesn't have information about the nearby dealership offerings to compete with. They think whatever they are offering is unique and nobody else have it.
I am writing everything in detail to warn everyone else before they fell in the trap of this dealership. If you have any queries, feel free to contact me and I will show you all the email conversations regarding the above as a proof.
New 2018 Accord - Dr R Song
This was the most seamless purchase of a car we have ever experienced. Kim was SO helpful and supportive throughout the process. We were able to receive the new vehicle in an extremely expeditious time. Kim is extremely customer oriented, understanding and patient and is the salesperson we would want to deal with in the future. She helped us (technologically challenged as we are) with all of the new features and those that have changed since we bought our previous Accord in 2008.
