I went to the showroom and was pleasantly greeted and asked if I needed anything. Took my time looking at all the new models and before I knew it, Jennifer located me and told me what I needed. Not long after that my car was ready and I was on my way. Granted, I have a 2019 CRV with 32K, and I didn’t expect anything major today,but the way I was treated always keeps me coming back. The service guy wanted to get the miles off the car and then is apparently a nosy xxxxxxx so he scrolls through the maintenance screen on my car so he can try to sell useless services like brake flushes etc. took them nearly 3 hours to put 4 new tires on the car. They will never see my Accord again.

Horrible. Vehicle back within weeks of same issue. Never answer phones in service area. Never return calls. When they do they sound like they have no idea what they are talking about and dumbfounded. Being told the car would be finished within a day to repair issue. Then to find out they don't have the parts. Cars been in now for 3 days and they have ZERO loaners to offer LIES, and LAZY and ZERO customer service. Don't go here for ANYTHING.
