Started the process through en email with Steve Kriss who was my recommended sales adviser. Was upfront about my trade and they gave me a rough estimate of my trade in sight unseen. Steve came in on his day off on a Saturday to meet with me and take me on a test drive. After the test drive they offered more money than they initially did on the first trade offer. Checked the financing offers and they came in at 3.49 APR, but Dino Tessari took the additional step of contacting the bank directly and got my rate to 3.29. The buying process was fast and painless, the no haggle pricing was excellent and the price they had listed on the sticker was at least a $1000 less than any other dealership was offering on the same model of vehicle. Great to deal with and will most certainly do business with them again! Thank you Thomas Team Honda!

I wanted be confident in such a major job to extend life of auto. So I came to the honda pros. I only wosh scheduling would be easier not always having tome for oil changes or knowing when.o can inspect car. Even a coutesy rental would be nice. I would psy a few bucks.

The General Sales Manager, Philip Petris, treated me with such disrespect. Unfortunately, he is a new-fashioned sexist.
The evening went well with the typical negotiations until I began to speak up with our final request. He began to speak over me when I tried to explain the reasoning behind the request and would only look at my husband.
I continued to counter with the request and his personality continued to worsen. I calmly addressed the situation as we could feel the tension and reminded him that we were both there to make a deal and I wanted to work together.
As the hours passed by he began to contradict his statements one by one...
1. He said he was willing to stay all night but at 10 he said he was tired because he worked since 7. I reminded him that was his choice to be in this industry.
2. He placed himself on a pedestal about how honest and good of a person he was but then was laughing at my comments and cutting me off to try to stop me.
3. He stated all cars after 60 days on the lot go to auction but then stated the particular one we were trying to buy wouldn’t.
There are plenty more but I digress.
He even called out other local dealerships to degrade their business. This is not appropriate behavior.
In addition to the blatant disrespect , his knowledge was lacking and attention to detail was poor. He was unaware what vehicle we were trading in although he stated he appraised it. He was unaware who owned the brands or where the vehicles we produced. Also, he treated the floor salesmen as if he was a dog by barking orders and throwing papers at him to take to the trash.
As for the owners, Jessie Armstead and Antonio Pierce I would be mortified to have this man in my business.

I purchased a certified used Honda Ridgeline recently. Overall the experience at the dealer was satisfactory. However, upon bringing the vehicle home, I would exit it and lock and set the alarm. As I would walk away rhe vehicle would restart non its own. It turns out the previous owner installed an after market remote starter. It’s very sensitive and I can no longer set the alarm without the risk of it restarting. I then have to unlock it and shut it down each time. I called the dealer and they say it’s not covered under the dealer warranty nor the additional “bumper to bumper”’warranty I bought. They obviously knew about the starter and failed to mention it when I purchased the vehicle. Extremely disappointing. I’ll nevwr buy from them again.

I went into the service department to have my vehicle inspected and an oil change. They provided me with a new car to drive instead of waiting. When I returned, my vehicle was waiting right outside the door for me. After I went down the road a little, I noticed a light on my dashboard. I called them and they asked if I could bring it right back so they could see what it was. They said it would take a little time to fix it and gave me another car to use for the night. When I returned the next day to get my car, they said they fixed it at NO CHARGE AND put 2 new tires on for free!. Very Good service and a lifetime customer. I'm very impressed with their service and professionalism on how I was treated and my service with them Thank You A+

I've been in the market for a car and have run into some fairly bad sites. Most of you probably already know, but there are still a ton of poorly designed, unusable websites, apps, plug-ins, etc. out there.
Honda North on a Samsung 8 using newest version of Google Chrome and Android OS: (chat box is obtrusive, 'text us' is clunky and covers too much space, no need for a slideshow on responsive site settings = illegible and slides flip too quickly, giant white space at the bottom of the page). Annoying to me as a potential buyer and user, makes me want to cancel the lead I had painfully submitted.
I can almost guarantee that 90% of the positive reviews here are fabricated by a third party.
