Our 1st car we purchased 9 years ago is still going strong and we couldn't be happier! Hubby and I will DEFINITELY go to Kayser for any vehicle purchasing in the future!! My oil change and tire rotation went well. Quick, with little waiting. The gentleman who handled me was polite and efficient. My only complaint is that weeks ahead of my appointment I tried to purchase an oil change/ tire rotation bundle, but my calls were not answered. The website gave no direction. So, I had to buy the oil change and rotation without the bundle discount. Communication in this regard should be better.
