I will never buy another vehicle anywhere else! My husband grew up in the area and he and his family have always purchased their cars from Lamoureaux. Being from RI and having bought my cars from other larger dealerships I was skeptical to say the least. The second I stepped into the doors, however, right off the bat I could feel the difference. Being smaller and family owned they truly take their time and answer any and all questions that we had! Jordan was our salesman and for only having been there a short time he was extremely knowledgeable. Everyone that we dealt with through the entire process made us feel extremely comfortable and treated us like family. We will never go anywhere else!

Sales people that aren't pushy , however they will do whatever it takes to get you in the vehicle you really want and at the best price out of all the Ford dealers in the area . Marcotte Ford also has a great Service department that starts with great Service Advisors and Auto Tech's that keep up with the lastest technology. I also understand the Marcotte gives a great deal back to the community . There just a Great Business !!!

Looked for a new Explorer for my wife. Reached out to Ron at Franklin Ford. Selected a vehicle, took it for a test drive. George gave us a generous trade offer. Purchased the vehicle. No pressure, no hassle. This is the 3rd vehicle (2nd in 2 months) that we have purchased through Ron at the dealership. Other family members have purchased from Ron as well. Consummate professional. He went over all the options from bumper to bumper on the vehicle. Answered all our questions about the new Explorer. Very helpful. Highly recommend this dealership.

NOPE! - I watch these things.

NOPE! Called and scheduled a service, and when I arrived, I added a state inspection. They told me about 2 hours. I arrived back in two hours, and auto was in bay but nothing seemed happening. I inquired about it. Told the inspection was done, but the other routine maintenance could be another hour or two! I walked away shocked, and turned around and was like, "NOPE!" I will take my car back and pay for inspection. I will never go back there for service. Luckily, they did not touch it other than driving and doing inspection. nope, nope, nope.
