First off, I can't be bothered writing these reviews but I was compelled to write This review. I received a totally unexpeted gift from Buzz Chew Chevrolet. I have leased or purchased 5 vehicles in the 8 years from this dealer. I have always dealt with Chris Lengsfeld. This is the third Chevrolet Traverse I have leased from them. I really like the 2025 Traverse new body style with its huge screen and all the well thought out changes. It's so much nicer and grtaly improbved from the previuos years. From the start Chris has always helped wherever he could. The process is always easy. I call Chris tell him my lease is coming up. Tell him what I want and he orders it with no paperwork or down payment. This time he had the perfect match in stock which is rare for a 2025 Traverse. I am not use to that. This time the paymnets through GM leasing were just too high. He found an alterante source that kept my payment lower by $100. 00. The last two leases the dealership held the cars for a month to allow me to finish out my existing lease with no pressure. Just a sure we can do that. When I leased during covid there were some chip problems that all car manufactures experienced. I took the car with a missing chip. They called me up a few months later for me to bring the car in and have the chip installed. Loaners are always available for service customers. The best thing they did which prompted me to write this review was that when I finshed signing the paperwork and was ready ro write the $2,425.00 excess mileage chech he looked at me and said "we can't always do this but I spoke to my manager and he agreed to forgive the mileage payment". I could not believe it! What they did is they bought my car which I have to say I kept in perfect clean ready to resell condition and sent it to the auction. This mean't that they would not have to charge me for the excess mileage. They could have easily done the same thing and charged me for the excess mileage which I am sure Chevy 112 would have done. So it pays to be a good loyal customer and return your car super clean. This dealer will have my business for years to come. They have earned it! Thank you Buzz Chew and Chris. John Picone

Went and for an oil change inspection and rotation of tires. Three of my lug nuts broke. They were going to charge me $40 to get new ones but didn't have them in stock so they were going to send someone to get them. I said I would wait and when it was all said and done they reduced my bill substantially to make up for the wait time. Excellent service

This is a rather long missive, but I feel you need to know the whole story. We are loyal Toyota owners for many years now. We decided to look into getting a Tundra to tow our 22’ camper, thinking it was too much for our Tacoma. We started doing research at the speed of the internet in a 50 mile radius, and West Herr and a competitor came up with 3 similar Tundras, all meeting our needs. Website said it was at West Herr Chevy of Rochester in Henrietta, which was closest to us, so we traveled up from Perry. We were met by a congenial gentleman by the name of Gene Artigue, who found the truck actually wasn’t on their lot, it was at the WH Lockport location. Gene spent considerable time with us going over our Tacoma trade-in, stressing that WH would do whatever possible to make this happen for us, no gimmicks, no pressure, no smarmy salesbabble. We were treated with great fairness and respect. We were told the truck was being ferried back to Henrietta, and would likely be ready for us mid-afternoon next day, so numbers were crunched and a figure was given us to come back with. We did travel back up next day, check in hand, and waited for our new ride. Come quitting time, we’re getting antsy, and out comes the Used Car Sales Manager, Mike Clark. He took us back to see that our Tundra was indeed being taken care of, and stressed that he wanted us to completely understand what was going on with the truck. His forthrightness and that of the service technician, Larry, gave us the confidence to finish the paperwork in a timely manner, with the promise that West Herr would deliver the Tundra to us next day. We have nothing but praise for how we were handled from the moment we pulled into your lot to taking delivery of a beautiful pre-owned Tundra in perfect condition.
