Outstanding purchase experience. I’ve also had service and maintenance done here on my 2017 Bolt EV. If you’re considering buying a car buy here. This is doubly true if you’re considering an EV. They handled warranty repairs as my warranty was about to expire. No issues no hassle just fixed right. Came in for service again today and no games just got me in and out. My experience with them has been so good. I’ve called GM to let them know how well they have made me glad I purchased a GM from them. I was looking for a WRX and the initial emails with the sales department made it sound like they had what I wanted and that I should head over to take a test drive. I started making plans to do so that day only for them send a follow up email telling me to not show up as they realized they had nothing in stock. Eventually, I decided to make a factory order for my WRX and called to see what Byers could do. Brad Crader was super easy to work with- he was able to call me back within the hour with Costco pricing and ordering timeline. Ultimately I decided on another dealer as they were able to offer a shorter timeframe, but definitely will give xxxxxxto Brad for his help.

The car was not on the lot so it was difficult to get all my questions answered but I decided to go ahead and purchase anyways. Transaction was simple, very easy and straight forward.
