I had an absolutely fantastic experience working with Joe Walker at Ken Ganley Volkswagen Bedford! From start to finish, the process was seamless, professional, and entirely stress-free. Joe is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and truly goes above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable with your decision. It is rare to find such a high level of integrity and customer care in car buying. He took our car without trying to charge us for minor details upon turn-in, and it all almost seemed "too easy." As well, there was no haggling whatsoever. He gave us his best price on the first meeting and didn't make us feel like we were getting scammed; it felt like we were taking advantage of him! If you are looking for a new vehicle, I cannot recommend Joe and this dealership highly enough. Five stars all the way!

I have purchased many vehicles throughout my life for both personal and business and Carl is one of the best salesmen I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He was very responsive to all questions I had regarding the purchase. He never missed a call or text. This vehicle needed to be transported to Wisconsin. The transportation company (not affiliated with Smedley's) did not show up as expected and Carl did not hesitate to keep me in the loop. The moment the vehicle left the dealership, Carl called to let me know so that I could be on the lookout for its arrival. It was a wonderful experience working with Carl and Smedley's.

I had an appointment with Doug at White Allen CHEVROLET as Capitol One referred me for a used car newer than the one I had. I found a Rav 4 Toyota as that was what I believed was the best vehicle. When I got to my appointment with Doug I found that I could not afford a newer Rav 4 but Doug found another car that I could afford and after a while of looking on the computer and working very hard, he found another car that I finally agreed on. If you want someone who will go the extra mile for you I recommend Doug and everyone including the manager were very nice. Especially on New Years Eve.
