Great experience. From my 1st phone call(which most dealers all they want is to get u to come in and give u very little info) this dealership answered all my questions and actually called me back with info that I asked for. NEVER any pressure to just come in and we will answer questions. This was a HUGH plus for me, it gave me a lot of trust in them.

I went to Carpro.com and followed their recommendation on a dealer and car pro. I turned in a leased 2023 Tucson and leased at 2025 Tucson. My wife and I have leased cars in NJ and now TX. Overall, this is the best car leasing experience ever. Everyone was professional, courteous, obliging, and not "pushy" in any way.

Aaron was very professional and straight up honest which i truly appreciate..One area for improvement from the outside looking in .the service advisor role appears to be under staffed ..I called a few times and could not get through on the phone and when i went to the dealership there were only two people service advising there while people were standing inline while there were several other advisor stands empty of personnel in short hire more folks to service advise and answer the phone other than that experience was excellent

I took my car in to have the air conditioner serviced. Greenville Hyundai has a clean facility and a waiting room with all the amenities, making the wait for my vehicle a pleasurable experience. The service representative was friendly and informative about my service, and the service was reasonably priced considering what was done. I will be going back next month for other scheduled maintenance.

DriveTime was awesome from start to finish! The staff was super friendly and didn’t pressure me at all, which made the whole car-buying experience way less stressful than I expected. They really listened to what I was looking for and helped me find a great car that fit my budget. The financing part was easy too even with not so great credit, they made it work. Overall, it felt like they actually cared and wanted to help, which you don’t always get at dealerships. Definitely recommend checking them out!

My overall experience with Alex was ok but the person who worked with us was Arin, she did the work, however now I see that we did not get what was promised as far as part of our discussions that actually sold me to lease. Jimmy did not write it up correctly which now I am not a happy customer entirely, I should have caught it, Arin said we would have all oil changes free during our lease, I did tell Jimmy and he said ok but documented incorrectly as only 3 oil changes. After we left the dealership we realize we did not get offered the road hazzard warrenty so came back the next morning was told by Jimmy..to late..you have to get it before signing your documents, he did not offer it then, he was too busy trying to sell us window replacement!!! I personally feel he did not represent your dealership completely right. If I am off base here please let me know when you check this out
