I never once felt pressured or overwhelmed. I was nervous about the experience initially, but Diana really listened to what I needed and provided a solution that made sense for me. She was extremely knowledgeable, honest, patient (especially with all of my issues, questions, and indecisiveness), and genuinely cared about making sure I felt comfortable with my decision. It's rare to find a car sales consultant who feels like a trusted partner, but that's exactly what Diana was. She truly went above and beyond! She even checked in with me after the sale was made to ensure my happiness and satisfaction was met. She truly is the best and made the entire process seamless. He asked me what I Wanted in an F150 and I told him my requirements. Luck would have it the truck was on the lot. John is friendly, Courteous, knowledgeable and professional and never once tried to push me into purchasing something I didn’t want . When it came to my trade-in he was spot on according to Kelly’s blue book .You should be proud of having him on your staff. #5!!!!!! Yes #5 for us Junior and the team always go above and beyond for us at the dealership. We talked with Junior about our truck and we discussed about getting another and within 2 hour’s signing some paperwork because i was out of town and the internet was a blessing to help speed up the deal while i drove there . Worst dealership to do business with. General manager Dave is very combative. If you lease a vehicle, they will charge property taxes with your lease payment. I asked if I overpay the taxes, will you refund the difference. I was told no, Ford Credit Company will keep the overpayment. Try another Ford dealership. They are not nice people to do business with. Everything is an argument with them. They do not make the experience enjoyable.

I was treated very UNFAIRLY by one of the salespersons by the name CHERYLANN WAMBOLT. I made an appointment to test drive a 2021Toyota 4Runner. She new I was coming from PA almost four hours away. While driving up for my appointment for over three and a half hours about half hour before reaching my destination, I get a phone call from her stating the the appointment needs to be cancelled because the vehicle has been sold. Is this how a Hommonasset Ford treats it's customers? That is UNACCAPTABLE!!! I never heard of anyone being treated that way. How do you sell a vehicle that was supposed to be test driven the next day?!?? If you make an appointment with this dealership to test drive a vehicle, be prepared to have your appointment cancelled.

Through a web search I found a 2015 pre-owned Jeep Wrangler on the lot at heritage valley Ford in Brooklyn CT. Called the dealership and was set up with the salesman Tim Wesolowski. Ask a few questions and requested a few additional pictures since I am 4 hours away and was provided with everything very quickly. After deciding this was definitely the vehicle for us I set out to make a sight unseen deal based on Tim's word. After a gentlemen's handshake over the phone we agreed on a price and a time and date when we would make the drive with check in hand. Over the course of the next few days Tim answered a few additional questions we had and made sure everything was ready for us to go. We arrived Saturday morning to a spotlessly detailed vehicle with a full tank of gas and we're immediately greeted by Tim. We went for a test ride and everything checked out. Within 30 minutes the transaction was complete and we had the keys to our Jeep. Tim felt more like a friend than a car salesman that that that highly recommended both him and the dealership. The car performed flawlessly on the four hour drive home as I'm sure it will for many years to come. I cannot say enough good about the whole transaction. Thanks for everything.

After dealing with so many sketchy dealerships in CT, Bowens was a breath of fresh air!! I brought in my Focus RS for a leaking timing cover (warranty work) and they promptly fixed the issue. I also had a check engine code and the repair for that would not be covered under warranty and they were not pushy at all about making me get that work done (this code does not effect driveability just emissions). I ended up choosing to save the money to try to fix it myself. They were patient and answered every question I had. I really have not had a dealership experience like this before. Highly highly recommend! This is the ONLY dealership I will trust bringing my car back to. I live over an hour away and it was well worth it to bring my car here
