I had a great experience at Premier Subaru! Everyone was extremely kind, patient, and friendly! Baylee Kentner was my main salesperson and she was extremely kind, patient, and personable. I was nervous about this experience and she made the whole thing so calm and fun and easy! She really listened to me and always gave me time to work through my questions and decisions. I really adored working with her! Additionally, Mikayla (spelling?) was shadowing her as a trainee/new employee and she was also kind and friendly and helpful as well! Jack DiNuzzo from financial services was also very kind and helpful and I appreciated how well he explained things to me and his calm presence. Finally, Andi Vilches in delivery was very fun and personable and kind! Really great staff who made this a great car buying experience!

just bought my third Suburu from Suburban and honestly I wouldn't go anywhere else. salespeople are knowledgeable and no pressure. Amanda was my salesperson and was very patient as I looked at multiple vehicles and then she found me my perfect one. Finance lady was also great...found me an amazing rate AND a discounted bumper to bumper warranty for 9 years (Not that any of my Suburus have needed it: 8 years with my last Forester and no issues at all) a really wonderful experience with this team

I cannot put into powerful enough words to properly convey how wonderful my experience with Kevin P at Dan Perkins Subaru has been. Between his personable demeanor, his high level of honesty and respect, and the level of comfort and ease he provided every step of the way, I would never consider going anywhere else. My partner and I visited Dan Perkins Subaru at the suggestion of close friends to explore replacing one of our ~10 year old vehicles, and ultimately [unexpectedly] replaced both within the same week! We were blown away by how attentive and informative the process was for the first, we opted to replace both, and we could not be happier we did. Gil in financing was also great to work with as no question went unanswered and saw that everything numbers and clerical was taken care of for us then and there. From the moment we walked in the door, everyone we encountered (even just in passing) ensured all our wants and needs were met. Neither of us had ever felt so well taken care of by a car dealership before, (even being Subaru owners for the last decade and working with other Subaru retailers within the Northeast in the past) and we plan to continue to see Kevin P & the fine folks at Dan Perkins Subaru for all our vehicle needs & services henceforth.

I did not have to wait for someone to be ready to meet with me. We got straight to business, as I knew what car I wanted to test drive. We took the car out on as many roads as I wanted to until I felt comfortable driving the car. We went on small roads, parking lots and highway so that I got experiencing changing gears as I was test driving a car with a 6 speed manual transmission and I was accustomed to a 5 speed. A couple days after bringing the car home I could not figure out how to open the back hatch. I called my salesman on his cell and he called me back within a couple minutes and was able to walk me through the process and texted me pictures to help me find the release button. He told me to feel free to come in and he would spend time with me to find out more about my car if I needed it.
