I just purchased my second Subaru with Mitch. Mitch does a great job of making you understand the process and ensuring that you feel comfortable along the way. This was my first time trading in an old vehicle for a new one and it could not have been any easier. The dealership didn't have the exact car I wanted but they were able to have it there in less than a week. After a great experience with Mitch, Rich was wonderful to work with. Once again he makes everything so clear and doesn't mind answering any and all questions that you may have, there's no rushing the process even on a super busy day. Once home Mitch saved me hours on hold with Subaru by getting my app synced up to my phone.

I did not have to wait for someone to be ready to meet with me. We got straight to business, as I knew what car I wanted to test drive. We took the car out on as many roads as I wanted to until I felt comfortable driving the car. We went on small roads, parking lots and highway so that I got experiencing changing gears as I was test driving a car with a 6 speed manual transmission and I was accustomed to a 5 speed. A couple days after bringing the car home I could not figure out how to open the back hatch. I called my salesman on his cell and he called me back within a couple minutes and was able to walk me through the process and texted me pictures to help me find the release button. He told me to feel free to come in and he would spend time with me to find out more about my car if I needed it.
