The salesman was Steve, he was great. Extremely knowledgeable and he was very honest and genuine in comparison to previous Subaru dealerships I’ve visited. I will continue to go back to Star Subaru because of Steve. He made me understand all my options and explained in detail what I need on my car in terms of warranty and add ons. They offered freshly made popcorn as well, which was nice.

I brought my 1925 Subaru in for a general checkup. No problems with the car. I have no problem with the service work. My one concern was having a 1pm appointment and waiting for an hour and a half for car to be finished.

Not only did he make sure we got everything we were looking for in the Explorer but at a lower payment than our last lease. We highly recommend Tim. The people working at prestige are terrific. I’ve bought two cars from them and have had those cars serviced there over the past 15 years. I go back to them because of their professionalism and their integrity. They provide the best service I’ve ever experienced. They do what is needed to be done when it’s needed. A routine service visit has never resulted in a handful of additional work that needed to be done, nor has service that could safely be put off to a later date ever been recommended to be done sooner. I’m moving after selling a home; there is much I’m willing to give up to relocate, but the relationship I have with Prestige Auto is not one of them.

It was easy to make an appointment. The staff are very friendly and communicate well. Their take-in and waiting areas are very clean and comfortable. Coffee, water, fruit and snacks were available for waiting clients. Diagnostic inspection were video recorded for client review prior to speaking with a service rep. It's a smart use of modern technology. My aoto repairs were completed in the same day. I highly recommend White Plains Subaru for their excellent service. They clearly take pride in their customer service.
