Morgan Automotive was wonderful to deal with! I scheduled an appointment and Andrew Johnson had the car I was interested in ready and reserved with my name on it. He was very knowledgeable about the car and the financing process. I was off the lot with my new car in less than an hour and half (including my test drive and making sure every feature worked correctly.) HANDS DOWN...the best car buying experience I've ever had!

I have been a customer at Kelly for 20+ years. After having a recent accident, Kim and the owner, Geoff had me back in a new Cadillac in under a week! They went completely and utterly out of their way to make sure I got to check out exactly what I was interested in and took care of everything for me. Aside from all of that, they checked in on me quite frequently that first few weeks, and Kim as kept up on my progress since then (I had a broken arm) While that period was a rough one, the staff at Kelly made sure I was comfortable and spent a lot of time going over the new vehicle. I cannot thank them enough...and I cannot recommend them forcefully enough. If you're considering shopping for your new vehicle at Kelly, ask for Kim Sload. Fantastic saleslady!

I only think and speak highly of 2 dealerships I buy a car approx every 2 years Thompson Toyota and Lexus in Doylestown and Hertitage Dodge Harrisburg Previously lived in Lehigh Valley We now live in Phila both with no shortage of dealerships to be avoided. Heritage is a dealership anyone in need of a vehicle should buy from in Harrisburg or Phila.. Doylestown is still suggest Thompson though if you’re after a Chrysler product be sure to speak with Heritage. My reviews are completely unsponsored in any way. I’m writing the truth about both dealerships with Heritage being my most recent experience.. A good dealership, a good used car dealership or new should be in deserves to be discussed and promoted and talked about. There are too many that do not deserve to even be in business. I hope heritage is there when I need/want my next vehicle. From first contact through the Internet on listings, they had available that were actually available and not just ways to get inquiries to Taylor who completed our sale and assisted us with our trade sales manager finance people all as good as the last or first I don’t know how you wanna look at it we would not want to avoid any of our interactions that’s how positive experience trading in buying a car through Heritage dealership has been

My Wagoneer initially went in for warranty work, and after the first visit, the necessary parts were ordered quickly. Once everything came in, I scheduled the drop-off with Scott, and the process was seamless from start to finish. The rental department was excellent—they provided me with a vehicle that was comparable in size and comfort, which made a big difference while my car was being serviced. Throughout the entire process, Scott kept me consistently updated. The communication was clear, timely, and professional, which gave me a lot of confidence that everything was being handled properly. As soon as my Wagoneer was finished, I needed to bring in my Jeep SRT for additional warranty work. The transition between vehicles couldn’t have been easier—they allowed me to keep my rental while the SRT was being serviced. We recently bought a new car in May 2026. This was the 5th vehicle we have purchased from Jack Giambalvo since 2012. It was a lease though. I want to thank Adam for treating me as a person and listening to my needs. He never tried to push me into buying but gave me all my options. I bought this car the next day! We had an Elantra, Sonata, Tuscan for my daughter, and 2 Santa Fe’s. Our new Santa Fe is a great car all around. We love it! My wife drives it. My Sonata is a 2012. My engine went out at 168,000 miles. I was going to the dealer to buy a new car the next day and they informed me there was a recall. That year they had some issues with engines and they said I was getting a new engine for free! I said well how much is the labor going to be? They said Hyundai was covering it all! I knew then I never wanted to work with another company. I still drive the Sonata and now have 265,000 miles total on it. I may never sell it!
