Alberto Zamorano at Criswell Maserati and Alfa Romeo has renewed my faith in humankind. I was looking to buy an Alfa Romeo Tonale Veloce but was snubbed by local dealers here in Southern California. I called out of state to The Criswell Dealership in Maryland via CarGurus not knowing at all what to expect of out of state sales and how it all works. From the first phone contact with Alberto, who was informative, extraordinarily kind, and reassuring- I was put at ease right away and proceeded to look into transport estimates based on the Criswell Dealership transport company recommendation. Alberto worked as well on the information and the negotiations on the Alfa I had been looking for. Alberto handled all of this with ease and I knew this was going to be a wonderful experience because his manner and customer service was 5 star and beyond, and he was incredibly knowledgeable. I purchased my car with zero complications and it was easier than I could have ever imagined! I'm grateful that Alberto values his customers, and gives 100% in what he does...I have never dealt with a more pleasant man than Alberto. He is an incredible asset the Dealership. In fact, everyone at Criswell are friendly and professional ! Alberto gave me a FaceTime video tour of the Dealership and introduced me to everyone there as well as showing me the surroundings so that it was like an in-person experience. He took many photos and videos of the car. Once payment was made, docusign done, and transport was arranged, Alberto went out of his way to video my new Alfa being loaded on the big transport truck which is now making its way across the country nearly coast to coast from Maryland to Southern California ! It has all been very exciting because Alberto makes it that way ! This purchase was the easiest and happiest transaction all due to Alberto and his wonderful care for his customers ...I'm a fan for life !

RJ was responsive and initiated the call in reference to trading in my 2020 Gladiator. We were in the market for a New Wagoneer/Grand Cherokee/Durango as our 2014 Durango was out of warranty and although a GREAT car, we were looking to trade up. We had not driven a Wagoneer and other dealers said due to a recall we couldn't. Ray was responsive, allowed me to test drive a Wagoneer, and appraised our Durango. We did not have finance information, however we were preapproved by Chase and knew we could get financing once we decided on which car would suite our needs and budget. I am a long time Jeep customer (1987) and even though the Wagoneer doesn't always receive favorable write ups I have come to rely on CDJR products as this is Jeep #6 and I have other CDJR also. Andrew Thomas gave the information needed for the First Responder Discount (28 years Fire Captain/Paramedic) Diane assisted with the financial portion (quick and Easy). Purchased an older used vehicle remotely from MemberCar. Anthony Paz the sales manager was friendly, approachable and handled all of my information requests about the vehicle in a timely manner. Mr Paz was even willing to put the vehicle on a lift for me and record video of the chassis. MemberCar was willing to deal on the asking price when some vehicle issues were disclosed before the sale. When the vehicle arrived and I saw it in person for the first time there were some additional surprises found. I recondition older cars so this will just be another project. Not fully meeting expectations on condition can be the nature of buying older used cars remotely. Not everything about a vehicle can be communicated through pictures and videos and there can be more risk vs cost paid than anticipated. Overall I would consider a MemberCar vehicle again because of the way the staff works to assist a remote buyer. They handled the transaction quickly and professionally and kept me informed through all stages of the buying and shipping process. They also have shop capabilities on site which is helpful.
